Waiting on hold for a live person for 25 minutes with a recording saying I was second in line. Unbelievable.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Constantly closes on Saturday or Sunday or actually all weekend. And forget about the phones. Walgreens feels it doesn't need to fix the problem.

Covid or not, the decreased hours for pharmacy are a joke. Try the phone? Hour plus wait and no help. Prescription 3+ weeks overdo and not filled and if you are a normal working person, good luck getting a hold of them or help. Go elsewhere that has better hours, staffing, cares, and helps.
