They went above and beyond and ordered me some which was super awesome got here in a super timely manner and he texted me when they got here. “My husband has been a Newport smoker for many years and as of a few years ago switched to rolling his own cigarettes. He's constantly trying to find a smoke shop that doesn't sell stale tobacco. He smokes American Club Tobacco Menthol & uses Tops menthol filter tubes and he visted the smoking ape shop today & he's definitely gonna to be a regular. They didn't carry his brands before but they got them in as promised and both items were fresh. Great customer service, clean & very helpful. Thank you for a great 1st time experience.”

The proprietor helped me choose the correct cigars for my future son in law's wedding day. He also advised me how to store them until they are presented.
