I used to go here all the time but the staff has been increasingly rude and the prices on gas are the highest around. Lately they act like they don’t want your business. Plenty of other friendlier cheaper places to support. I wasn’t going to write a review but other people around town have stated they had similar experiences with rude staff.

Staff is usually very friendly, but I don't know how he gets away with having such high prices on gas, considering the nearby options on New Britain Avenue.

SO MANY ADS!!I stopped here to fuel up and the station has audio ads playing overhead, as well as cranked FULL VOLUME on *all* the pumps. Normally one of the buttons on the side of the video screen of advertising pumps corresponds to a mute function. Not here. 6 pumps plus the overhead speakers all blaring ads at you. The cacophony is enough to drive you to write a low rating review. Would not go back just because of this.

Update: the employee who threatened me and who had hired a child to work the register is named Brianna. She still works there and am disappointed that the manager of this location never contacted me directly after I had submitted a complaint to corporate mobil. If I see a child working the register again, I will be contacting the department of labor and department of child and family services to let them know that this location allows children to work in a gas station.I WAS a loyal customer that would come weekly but no longer. Some lady with glasses had her 12 year old kid in there with her and had her kid ring me out while she goofed around with her friend. Her kid wanted to give me 30$ in change in singles and I told her I wanted a 20 bill and a 10 bill. The girls mom turns to me and proceeds to berate me about her daughter learning the register and I should take what she gives me. I told her I didn't want 30$ in singles and that her daughter shouldn't even be working there. She then proceeds to threaten me so I had to leave. I almost called the police. I will be following up with corporate. Gas stations are not baby sitting services and your employees shouldn't be threatening customers.

Store is never open on time, More than half the time you go there door is locked with a sign saying back in five minutes while the employee is outside smoking. Saturdays they open whenever they feel like it horrible customer service

If you need gas or snacks in Plainville, this Mobil is the best in town. Brianna is always smiling and helpful. Dont waste time anywhere else.

I stopped here this morning to fill my work van. This place was very busy. There is a convenience store here with sandwiches available. I paid at the pump and the receipt printed as it should have.The fuel prices are a little on the high side, but I expect that with Mobil gasoline stations...I can't speak in regards to the staff, as I did not have any interaction with them.I will say there were vehicles parked all over the front, which could be problematic in some instances. This is probably something management can't deal with.They have lottery, Keno, and an ATM here too.I did notice people were wearing their masks, which I can appreciate. From what I saw, not a bad place to refuel yourself and your vehicle.

Best place I've stopped on our trip. Brianna was helpful and amazing. GREAT SERVICE. Dunkin Donuts was busy so we stopped her and the coffee buffet was amazing. Lol
