Despite the issues I've had with Lowe's historically (not this location specifically), I recently purchased a new washing machine from them. Installation was disappointing. The machine wasn't leveled properly. I pointed that out to the tech, who said "I just install it, I don't adjust it"... Leveling a washing machine is not part of installation, apparently....
He said "well it doesn't wobble, so it's fine". I noticed after he left it was because it was sitting on a bunched up towel we had used to clean the water. Removing that, it rocked. I guess checking your work isn't part of installation either....
I ran a cycle to test, they also mixed up the hot and cold lines...
Overall, not great work.
I wouldn't recommend dealing with Lowe's, if you can help it. This isn't specific to this location though.

Great location that is organized, well-stocked, and conveniently placed by other useful stores in the Commons. The key kiosk here lets you pay right at the machine instead of going to the checkout counters which is very convenient. Bathrooms were clean. We had to speak to a couple employees about items we needed and they were kind and helpful. I would come here again.

I bought some of the mulch that was on sale. They, wisely, had a staff member available to help folks load the bags into their cars. Much appreciated!

I needed two dozen 27 pounds each concrete blocks but they didn't have them in the garden department. Two employees took the time to get a skid filled with blocks out back in storage with a fork lift for me. They brought them to my truck so I could load them easily right off of the skid! Thanks guys?

We bought a GE washer at this store yesterday and it’s working amazing! Confused about choosing the right one but John the salesman specialist helped us so much! He was very knowledgeable about all washing machines which helped us decide for the right one since there are so many options. He helped us choose the right warranty too and we thank him so much for the patience and the time he spent with us! Put it to work when we came home and works amazing! Thank you John, we got exactly what we needed

On 2/4/24 I ordered 2 custom windows with Scott (very nice and professional)
He stated the time of arrival should be a couple of weeks which was fine because they had to be ordered and custom made
The unfortunate turn of events occurred when only 1 window arrived at the said time which was 2/25/24
I had asked the customer service desk why the other window hadn’t come in yet since they were ordered at the same time (same size and everything, 2 of the same exact window). No one knew why and I was told I would be called Monday (2 days later) with an update
A few more days go by with no call or update so I decide to call and ask
They said in another week or week and a half it would arrive. Still no call saying the window is in
I call in again and no one from the department answers
I call back during the weekend and there is no answer again. I go in the store and find a window associate and he said the following Monday is when it is due in. This date is now 3/25/24
I call in Wednesday the 27th, to no surprise there is no one in the window department answering my call
HOW BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO YOU NEED TO NOT ANSWER A DAMN PHONE
It’s just a window and of course I’m not going to be compensated for waiting this long and being ignored
Why did this window even not make it with the other one, they were the same window. After this event I will never shop at Lowe’s again

I came into the store looking to find items for a DIY project. Immediately upon my entrance to the store I was greeted by Jonah who had a welcoming smile on his face. I told Jonah what I was looking to do, and shared the items I was going to need. Not only did he help me find everything on my list, he made me more confident in trying more DIY projects because he made finding the tools I need really easy… thanks Jonah
