I have had several issues in the past with my account. But the staff did work hard to help resolve it. However, they denied me service which was very important and time sensitive to me. And they let me down. It looks like I will need to find a new bank.

I've been with Liberty for at least 12 years. I had some fraud on my account and they took care of it, no problem. Also, no hidden charges and great customer support and service. I was a little disappointed with the closing of the Bristol branch. Back to Plainville I went...was happy to see Lucinda P there as the branch manager. She's a gem!

My boss makes his checks out from liberty bank, so I opened a account almost a month ago. No problem cashing checks in person. I deposited my most recent check through there image deposit on the app. My check has been on hold for over a week. When cleared it will be a total of 10 days. I've cashed the same checks there 3 times no issue. The checks are all from his account there. My money is on hold, I have bills to pay and I couldn't even bring in the check and have that check deposit from the app be canceled. So thanks for keeping my money for whatever reason. You have all my personal info, social and my boss has been with you guys forever and my check gets held and I recieve no help. That's just crazy. Terrible experience with a bank I just started using.

I like Liberty Bank. It is my bank of choice. I go to this branch if I am going to be in the Plainville/Southington area (route 10), but I usually go through the drive through here.

I have opened a personal and business account in the last several months. The service has been outstanding. No fees. I gave them 4 stars because the ATM is clunky slow and old. Other than that I love the website it does more then my previous bank and checks clear very quickly.

Went into Liberty after visiting several local and online banks. I was specifically looking for affordable business banking and I was beginning to feel hopeless that there was not a bank without hidden charges. Well, Liberty truly is one-of-kind. From their customer focused banking options to their STELLAR customer service. I highly recommend Liberty Bank.

Liberty bank was fine until they outsourced their online banking in Dec-Jan. Since then all my payment dates have been moved, they have lost 4 payments so far and insist on charging for stop check fees. Some payees that got paid in 3 days are not seeing checks for 3 weeks. What a horrible experience! I have spent countless hours trying to make sure my bills are not paid late. This use to be a descent bank, now it is useless.

When this branch first opened, the people that worked there were GREAT! Very friendly. I moved out of the area and haven't been back to that branch in a while. I recently went there and let me tell you how RUDE the tellers were. I walked in and they both stared at me like I was interrupting something. The woman I worked with was chewing her gum and smacking it as she talked to me. She spoke with such an attitude as the other teller just stared at me.. I ended up taking my things and saying I have to go.. I would NEVER return to this branch again!!!!!!
