I was specifically looking for mens shirts, size XXL and found very few. Nearly every style that caught my eye did not have that size available. Check out was an adventure. All I wanted to do was buy my things and get going but the associate insisted I enter my phone number which led to entering my email, regular address. Although I was assured this would not lead to multiple emails, I have received 4 in the last 24hrs! Quality is good but the staff was over-bearing.

Everything I was interested in was there! My granddaughters got "stuff" at Sephora, too.
The cashier, Sue, was so friendly and helpful. A great time!

As a mother and a loyal Kohl's shopper, I'm deeply disappointed by the recent experience I had at my favorite store. Walking in with my shopping list in hand, I expected the usual friendly atmosphere and great deals. Instead, I was met with an unsettling vibe that left me feeling uneasy.
It started with the stares from the moment I stepped foot inside. As I browsed through the aisles, I couldn't shake the feeling of being watched. It wasn't long before I realized that I, along with other customers of color, were being targeted for no reason other than the color of our skin.
Now, I understand the need for security, but this felt different. It felt personal. It felt like I was being judged based on stereotypes rather than being seen as a valued customer.
I've always considered Kohl's to be a family-friendly store, but this experience has left me questioning their commitment to inclusivity and diversity. No one should feel unwelcome or singled out while simply trying to shop for their family's needs.
I hope that Kohl's takes steps to address these issues and ensure that every customer feels respected and valued. Until then, I'll have to think twice before returning to a store that doesn't seem to value customers like me.

Kohls has become a slightly upscale Walmart experience but not by much. Big mistake to take over large portion of store by renting out to Sephora . Quality of clothing has also gone down hill
