Jim's Grocery & Deli is a great little sandwich shop and deli, a true general store and convenience store with lots of unique items. It offers the best sandwich selection in town with an exceptional and delicious menu, including breakfast sandwiches and many sides. The sandwiches are made to order and microwaved for serving hot. There is a good selection of homemade desserts, cookies, brownies, cakes, zucchini bread, danishes, and muffins. The place gives nostalgic, old-fashioned vibes in a suburban neighborhood. The staff is always pleasant, awesome, and provides amazing customer service with a big welcome, food, and smiles. They are happy to accommodate requests. They accept phone orders and have outdoor seating. Parking backs up into a main road and a handicap ramp is needed. It is a small store with reasonable prices, selling beer, ice cream, fresh coffee, and prepared side dinners. It is a place that deserves five stars.
Absolutely spectacular Deli! My husband & I are so joyous to have found this Deli whilst looking for a place to have lunch during work. The menu is massive. Everything is seasoned to perfection. The macaroni salad & angel eggs are amazing!!! Highly recommend 10/10

Driving 10 hours to visit family and friends, absolutely yucky 😠I'm born and raised in New Britain. Absolutely not driving to NB for some Polish kielbasa NO NO. Jims is an amazing spot. Sandwiches deli meats what ever you need it's here at Jim's 😊
