I was having a bad day, I came to the store because I had alot of clothes to donate, The energy of the employees was very favorable, however the employee with the braids, he was very respectful, and had very uplifting energy, i had gotten alot of stuff and felt bad about how many items he had to checkout, but he held a nice small conversation, i can tell he loves his job and i have always seen him very respectful and helpful with other customers besides myself.

Cleanest, most efficient and organized Goodwill I have ever visited. There are awesome finds here! Definitely check this place out! Marcos and his team went above and beyond to help me. The store attendants were all lovely and extremely helpful. I bought a huge couch. They even gathered 4 employees to load it into my vehicle to make sure that they were extremely careful.

Kudos to the staff at Goodwill Plainville who received donations from my wife and I the past two weeks. We are moving south, and had a considerable amount to donate - maybe 10 SUV loads.For each donation we received prompt and congenial service unloading our vehicle and emptying bins into the carts. Shawn, Santiago, and the others whose names I do not remember, all did a fine job. They helped make our moving process easier.

I purchased an IKEA bed from goodwill Plainville. Got home ,a piece was missing. I went back 2 days later to the store to see if it was there .I spoke to Shawn, one of the employees, who was so rude,so helpless. Not only he didn't even try to look around,but he started to recite the store return policy, something I knew before he was even born. Anyway, Shawn does NOT belong in a place that has a charity,or non profit status. He is a liability to that place.

I love shopping here and I've found many wonderful items. But I left today feeling terrible. I was looking at some clothing with my daughter when an employee approached and told me about a 20% senior discount. She said it was for 55 and older. I am younger than that and thought I looked nice. My hair was fixed and I had on a nice outfit. She approached me out of nowhere and told me (just me) about this discount in front of many people. I felt very embarrassed and I still feel terrible even though this happened hours ago.

This is one of the best Goodwill locations in the state. The staff is unbelievably kind, and always helpful and the store is kept clean!

I shop here all of the time. They have a great selection and I look for the items that are not overpriced. The staff is always great. Many nights I’m there before close and a bunch of the younger staff are so helpful and know my name. I appreciate Xariel and Jayden taking the time to help me and ringing out my huge orders without complaining.

Great customer service. Santiago and shawn helped me carry the heavy piece of furniture into my car. I really wanted to tip them but they refused. They are very respectful and offered great customer service. Same with cashier. One of the only organized goodwill stores in the area! Keep up the good work.

Just the Monday before Thanksgiving time I popped by looking for some early Christmas presents For the family. These two young gentlemen greeted me and my mother in law very kindly. Found a lovely decorated plate with the holy Jesus Christ on it Perfect gift tor my mother in law. The two Young men at the front helped me hide it from her as she payed. Very funny boys great environment I will be coming back when I visit my family next time Mery Christmas . Happy New year.

I wish I could this place more than 5 stars. A worker with braids greeted us very nicely and was culturally appropriate towards us. He gave us a greeting in Arabic telling us “assalamualaikum” even though he was Hispanic. He gave us recommendations for some holidays gifts and my family loved them.

I had the most heart felting life changing experience here. This nice young gentleman helped me find just the right thing for my hot date tonight. ??Got this perfect fur coat and some sexy leather pants. ?? Will be coming back just to see that cutie pie at the register ??? The date didn’t go well but I looked mighty fine ?
