“This is an easy place to find gifts for my wife. They have lots of items to choose from that she is sure to like. If you need a birthday or holiday card, they have those too.My go to gift from here for her are the Jewel Pops. They actually keep a record of which "Pops" I have purchased for her from here in the past so I don't make a mistake and get her the same gift twice. Now that's what I call a helpful staff. The staff here is also friendly.As a point or reference, it is located next to the entrance to the Southington Drive-In movie theater.”

“I have been shopping at this store for years. They carry a wide array of affordable gifts, jewelry, and all occasion cards. There is a huge selection of unique cards. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. This is a wonderful place to shop for unique gifts that are sure to please your recipients.”
“Wonderful collection of really beautiful handicrafts. The person in the shop was very helpful and explained the free trade mission. The staff seems genuinely interested in helping customers understand the importance of supporting these underprivileged communities but also in telling the backstory of each amazing item. Great shop for gifts and you can feel good about your purchases rather than just buying junk made in China.”
“I have to admit, I assumed this would be a Newbury Comics knock off - but I thought the selection was wonderfully curated, and the people working there were SO helpful - we sort of wandered in with a 1, 2, and 3 year old - the one guy directed us towards the things in their sizes, quickly pulled things down if anyone so much as glanced at them, and found matching things from the adult section. When he got the things we couldn’t reach down - he put all of the sizes on a rack we could reach and swapped them with sometime else so it was easy for us to pick them up ourselves. When he grabbed the adult stuff, he said - don’t worry if you don’t love that, just leave it there I can put it back - which was so thoughtful. I thought it was the best combination of salesmanship and consideration I’ve ever seen. Walking in it was just supposed to be browsing and a time sink, and we walked out with things we really liked. The other employees were sweet with the kids and knowledgeable about the things we were buying. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole concept as well - 1 meal for every $10 spent - so it was a fantastic experience. I don’t think I’ve ever even thought to write a review of a store in a mall but bravo Box Lunch!”

“Oh downtown Bristol and your gems. Choices is on the corner of West and School street - I drive by it all of the time without a second thought. Tip: Parking isn't available onsite or on the street, you have to use the municipal lot across the street. Well, after finally going in, I realized that the store used to be in Bristol Centre Mall before it was torn down and I used to go there when I was little. So of course nostalgia sets in and I'm in love. Eclectic is most likely the best word I can use to describe the store. Well, a tad crowded is also another good description but I guess the owner is truly going for more choices instead of streamlined simplicity. The owners name is Patty, she is a pip who loves to wait on you and give you deals on incense, beanie babies, concert tshirts or that charm you just have to have. This little store has so much charm and you just would never know when you drive by the dream catchers in the window that the character inside isn't just in the merchandise, it's in the spirit of that shop owner.”

“While trying to kill some time, I decided to check this store out for the first time & see if they had some cute notebooks or interesting materials. From the name, I was picturing something related to The Office, where they sell various types of high-end paper products. Additionally, I had recently watched a show based in NY, that had an actual store catered to writers, list keepers, etc. So I had expectations set. When I stepped in, I realized it was a Hallmark store on steroids. I'm not saying I was disappointed, just wrong. The store has many great items. Fashionable clothing, trinkets, gadgets, games, books, cards & feminine notebooks sprinkled in between. I did make a purchase & found some interesting items that I may return for later. The store itself is well maintained, properly staffed & customer service is very pleasant.”
“Delicious variety of fruit. Pretty!Manager contacted me because brownies were unavailable. Her substitution was as good as (even tastier) than the original. Finally, kudos to DARIO who delivered our gift. He went well beyond his job to be certain his delivery reached my sister. She missed his call and did not hear his knock. “I purchased a Valentine's day arrangement for my wife and daughter, and I paid extra for the flowers to be added to the order. Everything was great, but sadly, the flowers started dying the very next day. I contacted customer service, and I recieved a call from the local store in less than 30 min., and they apologized and asked if another flower arrangement delivered would be good. I said, of course that would be great! Well....they shipped over literally 3 times the amount of flowers that I originally ordered, and also sent a box of complimentary frosted cookies! The flowers look amazing and my wife actually had to put them in 3 separate vases because there was so many!! Edible Arrangements has always been great, but this was above and beyond. Thank you to the Queen Street location for your excellent customer service!! It's comforting to know, that a company values their customer's satisfaction, when they pay good money for a product!!!”
