Have been contacting office for several days now.. regarding agent forgetting to put rental insurance on my policy, new policy put in wrong name and now wrong info for start date of new policy. Now insurance company may not pay at all for the accident gap coverage or anything due to start date being one day wrong also. Have emailed and called man many times. Requested office manager call me. ONLY to be completely avoided. I have lost all chance of getting a rental after a accident for this grievous mistake that could have been corrected. I switched insurance companies at his recommendation to cover the rental from previous policy. BUT I HAVE NO RENTAL added to it ! Why would agent have me get insurance to cover my rental from old insurance company with a new insurance company???? I have officially lost my job due to no transportation. So please never use this company. Lack of responsibility no contact to even acknowledge anything or even one email to communicate.. not one call! It has been since Monday early am I have called.. spoke to two people at office (everyone except Jeff brown) begged for someone a manager or supervisor to contact me.My life is torn upside down. On top of being unemployed now (I was let go due to no transportation and calling out for multiple patient appointments and there care )no rental and also 22,000 likely in debt for my fianced vehicle.So thank you! This office is great at serving one thing mistakes and not caring about it's customers as well as avoiding them without a word!From the person who you thought nameWas Angela on the new policy(My name is Andrea!!! )

Previous insurance provider made a mess out of my policies / coverages , 30 minutes on the phone w Jeff saved me $600 a year. Highly recommend

My agent didn't handle my case well and I got two issues from two different insurance companies.I told him about that issues and for solve the problem, I texting, calling, and emailing, visiting for seven months since February.No one will know how much hard time I've been with this problem.But unfortunately, I knew that it wasn't gonna work out anymore.and I only got 38dollars from the company that I was supposed to reimbursement a few hundred dollars and finally today, I had to pay back $116.37 to another insurance company as well.I lost money and so much stress and it was a terrible experience I don't want to go through again.
