I went there for a pedicure and manicure. The woman that took care of me asked if I wanted gel in my nails and I said no. She went thru the pedicure fast, no time to relaxed and for my manicure she only filed my nails and colored them. Nothing else. She kept adding acetone to the nail polish I picked, to the point that the color lasted only three days. I went back to have the nails fixed. She was upset and told me that she was going to do it only this time. I understand that the nail polish doesn’t last too long, but paying 20.00 plus tip is definitely not worth it if you’ll have your nail looking good for three days. I believe that if we don't pick the most expensive job, then she doesn't really care. We all pay for the service. It should get done correctly.

I have been coming to this salon for 1 1/2 years now. Prior to coming here, I saw a private nail tech for yearsss. I was always very skeptical of nail salons rather than a private nail tech. But I took a chance and never looked back. I see Tina each time and do not allow any other tech to do my nails. Every nail salon is going to have techs you may not prefer. My bestfriend goes here as well and prefers a totally different tech. Figure out who works best for you and stick with it. I find many people are dissatisfied with their service because they go to whatever tech is available and that tech doesn't know what they like. I love Tina as I've been seeing her for a year and she always gets me in and out quickly but doesn't rush either& it always looks perfect. I don't have to even tell her what I want anymore- she just knows. Also, I know everyone has said they are late to appointments. Every single nail salon is like this. Not saying it should be this way but they are family owned and sometimes they run behind. Be patient and don't book appointments for time where you have no leeway to wait a little. I rarely wait and when I do, they always apologize to me. I recommend this place to everyone and will continue to!

They are excellent at doing nails? they tried their best to make sure you are comfortable. my third time and I am still loving it. I am very picky about my nails and toes. I am extremely hard to please.

Came in from out of town for a wedding at the Aria and decided to get my nails done, morning of the ceremony. I was not disappointed at all, I got exactly what I asked for l, nice someone clean gel full set. Took about 1.5 hours. Wasn't too pricey, would def recommend and come back again if I'm in town.

I have no idea why people gave this place a high rating. The place is unsanitary. They reuse gloves and tools for many customers and the table was very dusty and unclean from previous customer. I had to ask the girl to clean my table. She also reused the soaking dish from previous customer and I had to ask for a clean one. I had a partial manicure for over $21 and I had to redo my nails because they were unevenly cut. She also reused the file. I have never been to such an unclean nail salon. Caution!!!

WORST experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon in my life and i regularly get my toes and nails done. I asked what a regular vs a spa pedicure included before the tech even touched my feet and was told spa included hot rocks, a massage, and hot towel with a mask. Literally got none of that except the hot towels, and that lasted for 2 maybe 5 minutes. When i spoke to them about it, I got nothing but attitude that was uncalled for. A waste of my hard earned $53! Will not be returning EVER, 0 out of 10 highly do not recommend.Service: Pedicure

Family nail & spa go above and beyond for their clients. They are very skilled in shape and artwork on nails. They have all the latest decor for nails too. The place is VERY clean and relaxing. I always get compliments on my nails after going to get them done. I can't go anywhere else I truly can't. You need to go to family nail & spa.Services: Nail art
