Always one long line. The manager or supervisor white male with long hair just mocked the line of folk waiting while the sole cashier felt the pressure of the line wrapped around. When he finally opened another register he didn't even ask for next in line instead he took the ppl at the back of the line. When I asked the cashier was he the manager she was very nervous to say yes. I asked was she afraid of him she nervously smiled. I can't recall his name but it was one syllable like "Rob" either way he is very unprofessional and rude and shouldn't be in charge. I have years in high end retail and even though this is dollar tree decent customer service should be given. He didn't even apologize for the long wait. 30 minutes in a line is unacceptable. Ppl can spend money elsewhere so treat customers with respect. So glad I don't live in the town and my dollar tree staff treat customers very well. I'll never shop there again.

They have a cashier working here named jacqui she's so obviously fake. I was in her line and she was so over committed a happy to serve the 2 people that were excuse me white in front of me. They got smiles, and hellos! Me, all I got was a dry hello, and my total while saying please and thank you throwing my items into a bag! It's a bit extra and insulting to say the less specially towards different people. Like me! I won't be returning!

This company should be ashamed of itself. They do not staff the stores to support the volume of customers or the overworked and under paid staff. It is a disgrace and a total lack of caring not just about the customers but also it's staff. A shining example of everything wrong with corporate America.
However, the staff working at this store is friendly and helpful. The only reason I come back here is because the staff is so good.

There's always a long line with a single cashier getting slammed. Unfair to the people who work there. I usually go here for wrapping paper/gift bags, cookie bags at the holidays for gifting ? bags of cookies at school/work/friends/family.
