Customer Service was exceptional! I was there recently with my son and was greeted by Osvaldo Medrano (Ossie) a sales executive. Ossie was highly attentive and communicated thoroughly. Patiently listening to my concerns and ensuring that I purchased the right vehicle . He was very courteous, friendly, professional and overall very down to earth. I didn’t feel anxious or pressured , usually the feeling i have felt through bad experiences in other car dealers. I also met Manny who showed me the features and asked patiently if I had any questions or concerns. Chrissy was the one who finalized the paperwork and was also very friendly and courteous. Overall my experience with Gengras Ford was outstanding! Thank you all for a great customer service experience! I will definitely refer friends and family to Gengras Ford!

I just purchased a vehicle through this dealership. I have to say that my sales guy David B at Ford was awesome. Made sure that the car was ready to go as I got there and made sure that I walked away with a car. Must say I really did walk out that dealership with a huge smile cause of David. 100% will be referring people to him!

Worst place to buy a vehicle my vehicle had a recall and they never said anything to me before purchasing. After purchasing the vehicle there were oil leaking from the engine,the vehicle would keep a loud noise, after stopping at a stop sign or stop light the vehicle would take like 15seconds to move when hit gas. When I call the store David B had service come and pick the vehicle, 2 days after they came pick up the loaner and drop my vehicle at my work place without fixing the vehicle. When I call again Eric from service told me they can’t help me. Why sell a vehicle to a customer if you know the vehicle has issues. The manager never reached out back even with the 1000 voicemails I left.

So I came in with my car to have GPS fixed as it has no signal. Long story short I paid 200 for diagnostic, after two hours of sitting someone came back and told me my vehicle is okay. They told me I need to do a flush of radiator, and fuel filters need to be changed even though I have BRAND NEW engine. I don't recommend this place, took my money didn't perform the job I wanted them to do. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We just had to come here and give a huge shout out to Josh in the service department. This was honestly some of the best customer service we have received in a really long time from any establishment. Josh was very communicative with all aspects of our repair and it felt genuinely honest. Thank You Josh, it’s good to know that we can trust and count on him.

Alia Fraser and the Gengras team were very helpful and enthusiastic about the truck I was buying. I drove 1.5h from out of state for a competitively advertised F150 Lighting. The team honored that pricing and prepared all the financing for me over the phone and email, which allowed me to do the transaction with one trip. If you know what you want and Gengras is competitively priced, the travel time is worth it.
