I'm so glad that CT Motor Cars and Coaches was recommended to me by a friend. I struggled to find a reputable RV repair shop during my first year of motorhome ownership (the dealer I bought it from ignored me after they cashed my check). As a certified Tiffin Repair Center, CT Motor Cars has taken taken excellent care of my RV. Wendy, in the front office, is professional, courteous, and accommodating for scheduling. The tech staff, particularly Ben, has expert knowledge of the vehicle and performs high quality work.I trust CT Motor Cars and Coaches to take good care of my Tiffin motorhome and they have far exceeded my expectations. They get my highest recommendation.

I would not take my Tiffin anywhere else. I rate CMCC higher than Red Bay. The owners and the techs are amazing.

Don(the owner) is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever met. Lied multiple times about services that weren't performed. Ordered new embroidered shirts free of charge. Gave said services for free a couple times afterwords(upwards of $300) out of good faith. Still had "issues." Don is not your friend nor is he a good person.

This is our second experience with CMC and will not be our last! We had scheduled some Tiffin warranty work on our 23 Bus (Wendy amd the office staff are fabulous, BTW) and the morning we were supposed to come in, the coach wouldn't start. We called CMC to let them know and then called Tiffin. Long story short, CMC and Tiffin collaborated and determined that it was most likely the starter. Even though CMC doesn't provide mobile service, they came to us right away and in 15 minutes, got the coach started so we could get it to them. They not only added the work to replace the starter to our work order, they allowed us to stay on site while we wait for the part from Tiffin. I can't say enough about everyone here and how much we appreciate them! This is the definition of excellent customer service.UPDATE: CMC adjusted their schedule and got all of our work done in 1 day! We decided to stay in the lot overnight and be on our way in the morning. We noticed a leak and mentioned it during checkout. CMC offered to take it in right away and address it. EXCEPTIONAL work and service! Thank you to everyone at CMC.

I was with my elderly parents when they had just brought their motorhome back from Connecticut Motor Coach. They were supposed to install a new Vroom Slide. It was late at night and the generator started up for no reason. I had to investigate and found the seals on the new slide were not correctly adjusted. Water had literally flooded the underbelly where the remote-control box was for the generator. It fried that unit and needs replaced. There was never an issue before my parents spent over 4 thousand dollars. This place is a rip off, never took any responsibility or tried to make it right. It's up to me and my brother to fix what this business damaged. We have to fix the slide seals and replace that electrical control box. I hope others will stay away from this place. The few good reviews this place has will do nothing for you when it really counts.Service: Electrical

Our experience with CMCC was great! From the start working with Wendy to get our warranty work completed and some estimates on some new items we wanted installed was great! The communication and expectations were discussed up front and the work completed was top notch workmanship! Wendy and her team are amazing! Such a different experience for us.

Another great experience with Connecticut Motor Cars and Coaches. Brian and team went above and beyond to ensure all of the repairs to our Tiffin Wayfarer were completed on time and of the highest quality. Great organization with great people, lucky to have them as the Northeast Tiffin Service Center.

Brian and Wendy were wonderful! Our motorhome windshield cracked during our trip Northeast. They squeezed us into a very busy service schedule so we could make our camping reservations in NH. Thank you so much!

My wife and I purchased a new 2021 Tiffin Allegro RED motorhome from a NH dealer that deals with Tiffin. Little did I know that they would not be able to service it properly. Being a new motorhome, there were some issues to work out. One major one being one of the roof mount AC's did not work. I brought it back to the selling dealer after having to wait for 3 weeks for what was a warranty issue only to sit at the dealer for a little over 5 hours to have them tell me, Sorry we can't fix it with no resolution. I went on the Motorhomes forum and another RV'er from Maine suggested I give Ct. Motorcars a call. I did and spoke with Wendy, she made an appointment for me in 4 days after my initial call. She did say they may not be able to fix it on the spot, but they could at least let me know what the issue was. I brought it down and left it for a couple days and they did diagnose the issue, (Needed a new AC) but meanwhile they fixed other issues that I wasn't expecting them to do. I was able to acquire an AC through Tiffin Motorhomes, they shipped it to CT Motorcars in short order, Ct Motorcars had me drop the motorhome for another couple days and problem fixed. I can't say enough about how well we were treated with the resolutions in place. I will not hesitate to return there if repairs are needed
