I heard some things about this place but my impression of this place is as follows. The sales guys (don't remember his name)!had a strong accent was great. Could not be more helpful. Did not buy a car because they didn't have what we were looking for but could see myself in the future purchasing one. Had a few cars , maybe 25. Not bad at all

Don't waste your money here!!! Got our car here 5 months ago and nothing but problems! Less than 24 hrs off the lot was leaking fluids which thankfully was fixed here. However the frame rot and other issues were well hidden. Have already had to replace fuel pump, wheel barring and frame rot among other issues that are pending being fixed. I know it's a used car but we have had more problems than not. Biggest waste of money ever! Stay away from this place!!

Very nice people but I went in to buy a 01 mustang bullitt got the car home started doing research and it's just a gt book value is not as high on just be very careful on what you're getting don't trust everything you read!!!!!

Not impressed. Was told a car had no problems and was in great condition. Had it looked at by a trusted mechanic and was told it was no good at all. Try Blasius of Bristol instead!

Sorry Chris…but there is no way I can keep my old review! After you paid for the rotted undercarriage of the Subaru we have had nothing but problems: new clutch, timing belts on wrong ( found out after engine malfunctioned) had engine repaired, routers severely damaged, transmission failed, O2 sensors all busted ( that was supposedly replaced new by your company) electrical system flawed and needed replacing, entire car appears to have been sitting in water for years as evidenced by severe rust every where requiring new bolts and other replacements due to inability to remove to repair…so many other things..let alone the costs for renting cars while our mechanic fixed it each time..and last night…engine gone! This car should never have been sold to us, or registered…illegal all around…you should not be in business!

My son purchased a car from this place and not only did they lie about the gap insurance and refuse to give it to him, they never topped off the fluids in the car. I'm a little on the fence about this dealership. I wouldn't shop here for a car for myself.

I would not recommend going here. The place is completely unprofessional and can not answer the phone half the time.They are rude to their worker. I have not had a single good experience here. I dropped my car off to get some repairs and it was there for a week. My car was completely drained of gas and my mileage went up. I recently sent my car and all they did was wipe off the oil where oil was leaking… when we called Sean and told him this starting saying we were wrong and then started swearing because he is so professional… do not go here.

So I purchased a 2019 chevy silverado from Chris auto in may of 2022. The vehicle itself was a good deal and is running great so far. It had high miles but being that it was only about 3 years old that didn't worry me.They got me financed through westlake financing which was cool because I have a terrible credit score but good income.The problem was communication... they rarely call you back when they say they're going to. Or keep you updated. The reason I only gave two stars is partially not their fault, but I only recieveced a 30 day intransit tag because I drove 10 hrs to pick up the truck (it was that good of a deal, about 10k lower that anywhere in area) .So 30 days later the dmv still hadnt processed my paperwork for the truck. So when i called chris auto thry told me dont worry about it, theyll just email me another temporary tag... they do it 1st thing in the morning...That never happened .When i called back no one would answer.. then when somwone finally did answer he said he didnt have time to do it.Im big on keeping my word and i expect people i do buisness with to do the same.So would I do business with them or reccomend them to any one else? No... I've read several reviews which pretty much said the same thing. But worse. I just lucked out and got a really nice truck from a place with poor business practices.

Let me just say that Sean was amazing! He did everything to make sure I had a great experience. He kept in constant contact with me to make sure everything was going good with the rental and kept me updated. I really appreciated his care and concern. His people skills are excellent as well, thanks to him, I will definitely recommend this place.

Just bought my used 09 BMW M6 from them gave me a loaner car and everything until could get ut registered and insured in my state. The M6 is beautiful and in great shape and clean. They put 2 brand new rear tires on it for me and a nice oil change. Then they delivered it right to me at the rmv when we got it registered and titled. The car had a few lights popped up I contacted them and right away they told me to bring it in to a local shop so I don't have to travel back to CT since I am in MA and they will take care of the payment. Very easy to work with and great customer service. Made the process of getting a new vehicle smooth and easy and nice. Definitely recommend and would go back to them again. Thanks guys appreciate everything you guys did for me and getting me the vehicle.

LOVE THEM! Had such a great experience. Sean was excellent, got on quickly to test driving the x5 I was interested in. After we did a walk around the car just to make sure everything was in-tact. I put a deposit down and the next day they had my car ready and fixed any issues it had! Great detail job as well! Thank you Chris and Sean! I'm sure we will be doing business again ?

I purchased a 2000 BMW 323ci convertible from Chris's auto sales last December. I gave him $4,000 cash On the way homeThe check engine light came on withinA half hour When I took the car to my mechanic I discovered I needed all new spark plugs and coils,A fuel pump,Valve cover gasket,A fuel sensor an oxygen sensor. I had to spend over $1,500O oh yeah and the right side mirror wasn't even a power was a junk mirror with two screws put on.Whatever you do do not purchase a car from this bum who is a Straight up crook!!!
