I had an 8:30 appointment. Mechanic arrived 15 minutes late and then spent 45 minutes explaining ignition interlock to someone. My car went into the shop at 9:30 and I finally got out at 1:30 over 5 hours after I'd arrived. It was just a ball joint replacement and a front end alignment. The solitary mechanic takes packages, phone calls and visitor interruptions so of course he can't finish work in a timely way. I used to recommend this place but no longer. Not a place for repair work unless you have loads of hours to kill. I bought my car there but I'm all done with the place.Service: Steering & suspension repair

What kind of business is this place running? What auto place sells a lemon to someone they know? My family had known Big Mike for years and trusted him but when purchased a vehicle and when they went to pick up the vehicle they had to wait 3 weeks that it needed to be cleaned up and detailed. Test drove the vehicle when it had a cracked windshield. With in a few weeks of having the vehicle had to drive back out to have the car fixed for other problems 4x with in the month the first problem was never fixed. Never have I saw such a run around and the amount of gas money that has to be used to take the car to and from Oakdale Ct to Hamden Ct. This is the worse disservice and what a disaster and disappointment. Knowing these people depended on this vehicle to not have anything wrong with it after things were fixed or so they said they were. The price quoted in the beginning was way lower then and it was doubled the amount. This mechanic has no idea what he is doing. Things need to be fixed and corrected not on my families expense. I can only pray that this man does the right thing and hopefully soon as this is their only vehicle. Worse dealership ever!! Please fix this matter or give these people another vehicle. Tried calling this auto place several times and mailbox is full so you can’t get a hold of them. Taken full advantage of and it’s not right at all!!!! Please don’t allow this to happen to other people. Shame on this business and this gentleman whom they trusted in good faith as a brother from their church.

Thanks to VIP on 6, this weekend my car wouldn’t turn on with my push button. My car was in Waterford and I live in Brooklyn. I called mike and he had my car towed and fixed within 2 days! They kept me in the loop to what was wrong in a reasonable time and very professional service. Now I’m back with my car running better then it did before!! I just went there this week to get my cars evaluated and they seemed very honest. I was very impressed with how professional they were in guiding helping with my cars. I am possibly looking into buying a new car and the guy working in the office hands down was one best customer service representatives I ever ever had he never made me feel pressured to buy a car but gave me very educated advise and I feel very confident that this place is very trustworthy place from my experience yesterday and today. Also the mechanic Todd seemed like very good and honest mechanic.

First of Very Friendly staff here. they speak to you like your a friend or family member trying to get you the deal that works best. honestly i didnt feel like i was at a car dealership. surrounded by stuck up salesmen. wasnt pressured into anything i didnt want. and if you ever go there when there bull dog is there. hes such a luv bug.i got a 2016 ram promaster city from them cheaper after all the fees then all the other dealerships i tried. so thats telling you there not adding all those unknown fees jacking the final price up. even after the purchase they changed the front brakes and did a oil change for free and also delivered the van the next day that was over a 40 minute drive.so if your ever looking for a car and dont like dealing with the pressure of the normal dealership process go here.
