I’ve been part of Marie’s Fitness “ family” for several years. Maries classes not only help you physically, but her passion and knowledge make her the fitness coach and mentor that people of all ages and physical abilities will appreciate.

Marie's Center is a peaceful oasis in our sleepy corner of NE Connecticut. Everyone is welcome and class feels "individual" within a group setting. Looking forard to becoming a "regular."
