Kelly was so helpful in explaining our tax situation and answering all our questions about how to improve our withholdings for next year. She was so accommodating in making it as easy as possible for us to sign and file while one of us had to stay home with a newborn.

I gave a 3 because I did not have the best tax experience due to new software however, if I could give Donna a 5 I would have. She’s kind, compassionate, and understanding. She was so patient. Donna deserves a raise.

Although I have had fantastic experiences in the past with HR block this one was less than stellar. Our consultant wouldnt start the process with us insisting that we leave our papers and make a second appointment. After explaining that we got a sitter for this appointment she still refused to work with us, insisting that we just leave her the papers. She couldn't answer any of the questions we had and we wound up leaving without filing our taxes.
