I have been coming to this shop buying vapes an pre rolls and gummies but the one time I come in to return the one vape that was clogged an overflowing into my mouth and spilled out of my vape but was told because that’s not what they do that they can’t replace the broke one I have right now an can only give me a discount for next time but never took my name down \\u0026 didn’t replace my broken vape. That is the sixth vape I have bought from here \\u0026 that’s just sad how my money that I spent had nothing wrong with it but I can get a damaged vape \\u0026 can’t get it replaced or even my money back for a defective product. I also use the indica \\u0026 sativa on the same settings in the middle why is it uneven I know because that’s what spilled into my mouth it’s disgusting \\u0026 I can still taste it in my mouth.

This is where you must go! Attentive and knowledgeable staff with a very friendly vibe. They really want to meet your needs. It smells great and they have a wicked awesome selection of trinkets, jewelery.. you name it! I love you guys and my teenage daughters feel comfortable shopping around with me! Thank you for always taking your time to explain vapes and my VETERANS DISCOUNT ❤️ ? ✌️

Graffiti smoke shop is perfect for all your smoking needs. Even if they don’t have what your looking for, they will get it for you. I Kyle was a great help and he made my day. Thank you Kyle I hope everybody treats you as great as you treat everybody else.

They do have a bit of stuff but most is super overpriced. My real problem with this store is how crazy rude their employees are EVERY time I go in there. I kept telling myself everyone has bad days and went in 3 more times and STILL every person there was giving animosity and the atmosphere with the employees being how they are is just so uncomfortable. the last time the lady was on the phone the entire time I was in there trying to cash out she completely ignored me and had I'm guessing her 12 year old daughter cash me out. I only went to graffiti these times because Cloud Nine Shoppe was closed. But now I WILL ONLY GO TO CLOUD NINE SHOPPE FROM HERE ON OUT. The ppl who work there are super knowledgeable in what they are selling you and are always very friendly and offering to help.

I felt kind of out place and uncomfortable because of the person who was working was yelling in front of customers I came back the next day and Eriza Kody helped me out and totally changed my experience

Today I had phenomenal customer service. I came in asking about disposable vapes. Kamron, sorry if I spelt that wrong or misremembered your name. He/they, not sure pronouns, was so patient with me and showed me the great sale they had going on. We went over all the flavors and he/they was just wonderful. So thankful I stopped by today. Kyle and Dustin have been pleasant and fun to shop with! In the past week, I've stopped in 2x, and both were working. Answered any and all questions I had, and if they didn't, they were honest about that. Both trips I left satisfied with my purchases. And the cats are super friendly!!

One of the best shops I have ever been too. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Has a wide variety of stuff beyond glass or vapes. Nice selection of clothing to go thru. Jack and Sin are the two cutest black cats i've ever met. Cant wait to come again.
