Awful. Messed up my prescription dose, never fills my prescription on time, and the man at the drive thru window is just so extremely rude. If you want your prescriptions right, find somewhere else to go.

Needless to say I switched pharmacies. I went through the drive through was told my insurance barely covered any of my meds (it’s new so I didn’t question it just went in). I went to the consultation line where a woman with long blonde hair looked at me and asked what I needed proceeded to huff and ask her employee, “where is everyone?”. I told her about insurance and how I was told to come in to figure it out. She barely said anything to me besides asking me if it’s new. I proceeded to ask about on of my important meds I needed ASAP she told me it was on hold and when I asked why no response. 15/20 minutes later she looks at me and says go to the pick up line you’re all set . Ok so I go to the pick up line. The man asks me my information I tell it to him, I proceeded to ask about that medication considering I got no answer before and he said it’s on hold I ask why again and he said idk that’s. Question for your doctor I told him I had an appt just a couple days prior and she sent a prescription so it shouldn’t me related to my doctor but maybe insurance . He told me I had to go to the consultation line and I told him I was literally just there and was told to come here. Turns out THEY are out of my medication and it has nothing to do with my insurance or doctor. This is not the first time they have been out of this specific med or be completely rude to me. It’s happened more than a handful of times and I’m done with this pharmacy. The store itself is ok but the people at pharmacy need a lesson on customer service.

We are in CVS 2 to 3 times a week. I love the coupons I get all the time. We love the techs, especially Colleen and Kiley. They are very helpful if you have a problem. Things have come a long way since we had to go there years ago. Also the front of the store especially Lin are very helpful and pleasant.

Called looking for the cost of a prescription and was told I had to bring in the prescription as well as my card from the insurance provider to get my cost. (a 30-minute round trip} Even though I have the prescription and card and offered to read the numbers she would not give me the price saying it could be inaccurate. When asked for the inaccurate price she told me $200.00. I then called another CVS and they told me over the phone $15.00. I would not recommend this CVS. They need to train their personnel to be customer oriented and not rude.

Go to Plainfield CT CVS often I find it clean and the staff nice and helpful. My last visit there,I had a problem with my coupon and the manager Lily was very helpful in figuring it out and fixing it . The pharmacy is also very good with very nice staff and pharmacist to help you.

This pharmacy is outrageous!!!!! Just because they are pharmacist’s they think they are God’s and can let people go without medication. Unless your insurance tell’s you that you need to use CVS stay far away….. they are rude and useless.

This review is based on the drive-through situation this is ridiculous every time I come no matter the day I have to sit in line for a good 10 to 15 minutes to get a prescription the convenience of drive-thru is for Quick Service you shouldn't have to sit in line at a drive-thru park your car and shut it off and wait with 8 to 10 cars deep behind you

I want to thank the Pharmacy Tech who helped me last week. I believe her name was Colleen. I just moved her from out of state, lost my insurance, have 10 prescriptions (Rheumatoid arthritis). I had to pay out of pocket for all. One was $100 even using GoodRX so I told them to put it back. Colleen went on GoodRX's website herself to find me a better deal and cut the price in half. She said that's why we are here. To help each other. Thank you so much! Moving and not having insurance isn't easy. You made it a little easier. I appreciate you!
