Citizens Bank itself is good. I've never had any issues with it and the customer service is always great, but the ATM almost never works when I try to use it so this location loses stars because of that.

In the past doing business with this location has been a less than favorable and unpleasant experience. Recently they have made some changes and added some faces to the front of lobby making my banking experience much better. Today Rachel(I believe her name) was very accommodating when a last minute issue came up with needing change for a local business. Thank you for your professionalism, always positive attitude, and great customer service. It is much appreciated

If you are handicapped, homeless don’t waste your time. They cater to only PRETTY people. They will cash your checks, hold them and give you a very difficult time releasing your money. If you deposit cash, it is locked down.If you are not financially/fiscally minded prior, do NOT engage with this bank.If you are elderly, do NOT engage with this bank.If you are NOT PRETTY, the SNICKERS are unbearable.They have NO INTEREST in the plights of human kind.Humanity is NOT their forte’.PLAINFIELD CT - KEITH MENDEZ

Very rude customer service. You’re better off getting ACTUAL help from uncasville. They just seemed bothered by me being there. I had money there that was returned bc I lost some money , half of it was gone and they wouldn’t even wait a little after closing for me to come get my money, they said they wouldn’t hold it so I had no choice but to put it on my account. I couldn’t even get to set up an account bc I was shooed after cashing my checks and given attitude about not having ‘correct’ identification. EVEN THO, I called and made sure before hand. DO NOT GO.

If your looking for anything besides a ATM go elsewhere. THE EMPLOYEES DON'T WANT CUSTOMERS COMING IN ANYMORE. For the past 6 months, when making my deposits the same woman "reminded" me I should/could use the ATM. They don't want to be bothered by customers and it shows!!! Will travel elsewhere to do my banking. It's not a reflection on Citizens as a whole, it's this branch that has AWFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE..

I needed to arrange a new account for someone I help. Dana and Dan could not have been nicer. In addition, Dana was thoughtful, knowledgeable and very efficient. I wish Citizens had a location in Putnam, CT.

You do not want to bank here awful locations awful application slow slow slow to pay bills.If you call customer service expect to wait at least a half hour to speak to anyone and their branches close at 4o’clockI am closing this account as soon as they refund they said it would be 10 days but now they say it will be 14 days the cash that the ATM in Plainfield Connecticut ate that is still not working a week later.

The Plainfield branch is a joke. I've been a citizens bank customer for years and have LOVED the experience. Unfortunately, I have experienced nothing but issues since moving to Plainfield. The most recent debacle includes them first sending my new debit card to the wrong address (even though I'd updated it with them months ago), then when I told them to cancel it and send it to the correct address, they cancelled THE WRONG CARD. I haven't been able to access my money for almost a month now and no one even has attempted to remedy this. It's garbage! Do not go here!!
