Thanks god they closed! Ford is Horrible at customer service! Ordered a truck 18 months ago, dealership closes and know no one can locate my order. Ford Corp blames the dealership, the dealership blames Ford Corp. This was my 1st Ford purchase and my last, never again Ford. Looks like I have to start over.

WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE... My car went in here to be serviced after just recently purchasing a vehicle here... 3 weeks after I bought this vehicle, the car would NOT shift out of park leaving me stranded an HOUR AWAY FROM HOME. I called one of the techs here and they advised me that it was the shift lock button, and that needed to be pressed down to unlock the shifter... Well let's just say this ended up happening several more times. Eventually the car was towed by Central, where they then took a week to service the vehicle and diagnose the problem... The techs have no clue what they are doing, and multiple times I had got hung up on when asked about my vehicle. In the beginning, the techs seemed to have NO CLUE what was wrong with the vehicle and provided little to any support whatsoever over the phone. This will be the LAST purchase I make here and I advise anyone looking to buy a new car to GO ELSEWHERE!

Evan sold us our 2023 Ford Explorer ST that we custom ordered. The whole process from start to finish was very transparent and it was clear he would go above and beyond for his client. Mike- Great hair cut an all- was also amazing to deal with. We now have a badass family car and we are thrilled with our experience with Central Ford. Excited for adventures on the roads. Would absolutely recommend Evan, Mike and Central Ford.

Jan. 7, 2023From the first moment we contacted Central Auto Group in Plainfield, CT, we were so happy we chose our neighborhood dealership. We first spoke with Laurel Fittanto, who reached out to us after our initial inquiry online. She was extremely helpful and patient with all our questions. When we arrived at the dealership, we were met by Michael Huling, who had our vehicle warmed and ready for our test drive. He was engaging, polite and made us instantly at ease, while never making us feel uncomfortable or bullied the way some in the business do.Next we met Soraya Neighbors who was to be our sales woman. Soraya was incredibly sweet and friendly. We chatted like old friends while she did all she could to make us feel comfortable and welcome.Finally, we made our way to Peter Sarro’s office to sign the paperwork for our new car. We had the best time chatting as he helped us decide on the final details.I have never had such an amazing experience at any dealership. Once again, our friends at Central Ford in Plainfield, CT have exceeded our expectations! After stopping by for our 65 inch TV, which was a bonus for buying our used Cadillac XT5, my husband spotted a new 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands Sasquatch in Eruption Green, parked out front. One unexpected test drive later, we began the painless process of securing financing to purchase the vehicle. Again, there was zero pressure, just friendly, knowledgeable, professional help from the amazing Mike Huling (Ford & Mazda Sales Manager,) and the incredible Peter Sarro, (Finance Director.) This time around we also had the pleasure of working with Sales & Leasing Consultant, Jim Theriault. Jim was extremely personable and helped make the whole process a breeze. VW Technician is not experienced enough to work on TDI! Changed the cover gasket about 14k ago. The mechanic ( not central VW) that was changing the oil alerted me that all injectors are seeping oil! went back to central VW, they confirmed all injectors are leaking and want to charge me again to fix them but adding the possibility of ventilators pressure in the engine maybe building pressure and that's why maybe all seals are leaking!! I give up with those people! They basically created a doubt that this could be a result of a different problem! They don't take responsibility!! I went somewhere else and they totally disagreed with there assessment!! will have it done somewhere else! DO NOT USE CENTRAL VW SERVICE IF YOU HAVE TDI not experienced enough! Interesting the service manager standing next to service agent while he was BS me! so if you want to change your gasket cover and injectors seals to be good for maybe 10k go to central VW SERVICE! shame on them. IM NOT DONE YET!

WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE I had a challenging transaction, and it keeps getting worse: ownership who yells at customers, a salesman who uses pressure tactics before, during and after the sale (and I came to them, they did NOTHING for this sale) the most important thing to them was 10/10 reviews on Google, Yelp, and Hyundai, and I have the texts. Most worrisome is they do not have the skill or knowledge to finish our contract: they must register my vehicle in CA and they are dragging their feet, they do not know CA law, they are incompetent and acting passive aggressively the entire way. ENGAGE here AT YOUR OWN RISK... See below for how you can expect to be treated here, nothing more than a threat for your 10/10 review... I was in their store one time, hardly any customers, and when they have work to do, this is what they do, antagonize a customer who just spent close to $60K. Quite unbelievable.

I never go to a dealer for service. Bought a f150 (private sale) had no cruise control so I installed buttons myself t needed to be reprogrammed to activate. Girardi wanted 129 per hour and wanted to schedule for two hours.Central ford charged flat 100 dollar reprogramming fee wether or not they were able to turn it on or not.Made an appointment was taken in promptly 45 minutes later had truck back cruise control working. They even took it out for test drive.Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go there again and would consider for new vehicle purchase.

Got service on my 2013 Ford F150 FX4 the other day, they washed the truck for me after doing my oil change which was very nice.Also, I initially took the truck in a few months back when I was purchasing it from a third party and they had no problem doing the inspection for me. Super solid experience.
