WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE... My car went in here to be serviced after just recently purchasing a vehicle here... 3 weeks after I bought this vehicle, the car would NOT shift out of park leaving me stranded an HOUR AWAY FROM HOME. I called one of the techs here and they advised me that it was the shift lock button, and that needed to be pressed down to unlock the shifter... Well let's just say this ended up happening several more times. Eventually the car was towed by Central, where they then took a week to service the vehicle and diagnose the problem... The techs have no clue what they are doing, and multiple times I had got hung up on when asked about my vehicle. In the beginning, the techs seemed to have NO CLUE what was wrong with the vehicle and provided little to any support whatsoever over the phone. This will be the LAST purchase I make here and I advise anyone looking to buy a new car to GO ELSEWHERE!

VW Technician is not experienced enough to work on TDI! Changed the cover gasket about 14k ago. The mechanic ( not central VW) that was changing the oil alerted me that all injectors are seeping oil! went back to central VW, they confirmed all injectors are leaking and want to charge me again to fix them but adding the possibility of ventilators pressure in the engine maybe building pressure and that's why maybe all seals are leaking!! I give up with those people! They basically created a doubt that this could be a result of a different problem! They don't take responsibility!! I went somewhere else and they totally disagreed with there assessment!! will have it done somewhere else! DO NOT USE CENTRAL VW SERVICE IF YOU HAVE TDI not experienced enough! Interesting the service manager standing next to service agent while he was BS me! so if you want to change your gasket cover and injectors seals to be good for maybe 10k go to central VW SERVICE! shame on them. IM NOT DONE YET!

For VW Service dept (oil change):It's all about the waiting room and amenities for me. Loved that there was coffee, vending and restrooms nearby. Staff was friendly and prompt -

WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE I had a challenging transaction, and it keeps getting worse: ownership who yells at customers, a salesman who uses pressure tactics before, during and after the sale (and I came to them, they did NOTHING for this sale) the most important thing to them was 10/10 reviews on Google, Yelp, and Hyundai, and I have the texts. Most worrisome is they do not have the skill or knowledge to finish our contract: they must register my vehicle in CA and they are dragging their feet, they do not know CA law, they are incompetent and acting passive aggressively the entire way. ENGAGE here AT YOUR OWN RISK... See below for how you can expect to be treated here, nothing more than a threat for your 10/10 review... I was in their store one time, hardly any customers, and when they have work to do, this is what they do, antagonize a customer who just spent close to $60K. Quite unbelievable.

I had written some very positive reviews online regarding the VW sales people after we purchased or VW ID4...and those I will still stand by. We have had our VW since Oct 6,2021....We had leased a Subaru prior to this, and turned it in for VW to pay off our lease, as part of our VW car lease. Well, it is almost 2 months later, and my Subaru is still not payed off, and I am on the hook to make the payments to Subaru, until this happens. I've contacted VW finance/Pete many times, and just get the run around. Sick of this, I want Subaru to reflect this car is payed off!!! This is bad business. We have leased several cars (Honda/Subaru) and never had this issue before. Additionally, we scheduled an appt online to have the car serviced since a code came up that there was an issue. Made the appt online, and days later (the day of our appt) we are notified that we cannot bring it in, as the tech leaves earlier than our appt. My husband had even called and spoke to Vw Service a couple days ago, and they never said we can't bring a car in for service at this time...its only for oil changes after a certain time of day. WTF?So now we are told that they are very booked up. WELL, we are done with Central Auto Group. We will take our service business and future sales to another dealership in the area. Sorry Central Auto Group...you lost a customer...I should have listened to the negative reviews, but gave them a shot. I still think the Sales staff for VW are great....maybe they should be running finance/service departments instead.

Terrible sales. They will lie to you. They will try to charge more than they quote you . Don't do it. You will get scammed.

Never had such a bad experience with any auto place more then I had with this place. Avoid at all cost. Price on repairs and parts are mind numbing
