“Been here a few times now and it's been good, they always have what I'm looking for and it's also located in a decent plaza that has quite a lot of stores considering how small it is.”

“I have been utilizing the Big Y Pharmacy for the past year and I really can not say enough good things about it. One of my prescription medications is a rather unique preparation, and due to its low use and price is never stocked at pharmacies. The Big Y Pharmacy is able to order it and refill it quickly every month, usually within 48 hours of my ordering, something I have never had happen with CVS or Walgreens, who usually took a week. I also have never had an issues or errors with the dispensing of my medication.Jan and Kim are extremely friendly, personable, and take the time to answer questions and look for alternative medications, even when the pharmacy is busy and their is a line. This pharmacy blends the efficiency and attention to detail of a hospital dispensary with the personal service of a hometown pharmacy. It's truly a class act operation and I 100% recommend Jan and Kim to help you with your pharmaceutical needs!”

“This CVS is by far the BEST!!! EXCEPTIONAL customer service !!! Always very clean!!! I understand many are leaving negative comments do to the bathroom. This seems to be a personal matter and should not reflect in the rating of this CVS. This CVS does have bathroom issues do to the numerous people who ask to use it. It's not a public restroom it's behind a door with a code etc. when the bathroom is non working the CVS employees suffer while they call maintenance. Maybe use the restroom before running errands. Or there's a gas station not far in emergency.”

“I’m not from around here, nor is Walgreens my primary pharmacy. I stopped in here to get a drink on a road trip and honestly, I’m glad I did. Nancy at the counter is one of the kindest and most compassionate people we have ever met. We felt welcomed from the minute we entered to the time we left. Whoever manages this store should know that she was the sweetest woman ever, to the point where we were compelled to leave this review. Great customer service.”

“This CVS Pharmacy location has, by far, some of the friendliest technicians around this area including Groton. For those people that are complaining about bathrooms, it is not this specific store's fault that they do not have a public bathroom that anyone else can use. As they are short staffed because CVS corporate wants to cut down their hours just so the higher ups that don't actually work inside a CVS store (but just "manage" them) can get their incentives when they are well within their budget, they do not have the time and employee to bring you back into the employees only area where all their inventory are located. They sometimes do not even have a bathroom to use themselves sometimes because I have seen a portable potty a few times and have inquired about it and they said that the one bathroom that they all share is not working again. For those who are complaining about long lines, have you ever thought that the technicians would really want to help you out as soon as they can but they just cant because they have the other million things that they would need to do like actually type your prescriptions, fill your prescriptions, fight with your insurance just so they would cover your prescriptions, pick up the phone so that they could answer your questions, get the person in the drive through and a bunch of other stuff that they have to do while working inside the pharmacy. These people do all these work for minimum wage because CVS corporate (not the store/pharmacy managers themselves just to clarify for those people who do not know how things actually work) does not want to pay them what they actually deserve. For those who complained/complains about their computers being down, or their registers not working, have you even stopped to think that these technicians/pharmacists would rather have their equipment working properly, or faster than they do, or even at least working at all? It does not help them in any way, shape, or form in those aren't working properly. They would just have to work twice as hard, even though they're already working a job that 3 people are supposed to do. And what do these underpaid, understaffed, overworked pharmacy staff get? Complaints about how the lines are long, the bathrooms are not as accessible, rude and unkind words from the people that they are trying to help. Do you think that they want the medications to be on backorder? They would rather have all your prescriptions filled if they can because it's one less thing that they would be yelled at for. They try to order all your medications every single day but they can only give to you what they can get from their warehouse and distributor because just in case you forgot or do not know, the technicians, nor the Pharmacist inside that store, DO NOT personally make your Adderalls, or your Vyvanse, or your Ozempic or Mounjaro, or any other med that is on backorder, at the back of their pharmacy. So please, instead of leaving these unkind and harsh reviews or comments about stuff that these hardworking people cannot control, give them words of kindness and appreciation.”

“excellent deli - which has pre made dinner type options, salad bar with hot dishes, premade dinners to go, premade dinners you just bake/eat, good fish dept and good meat dept. Produce is good but pricey. Decent sales, so keep an eye on weekly flyer. Offers breakfast and lunch (with seating) items too.”
