Went for a kids Birthday party and wasn't impressed with the customer service. The owner was very dry. Gave them another chance and bought 2 pieces but unfortunately took me longer to pick them up. A women left me a very rude voicemail repeating that I would have 1 week to pick the pieces up otherwise they would be discarded. Very poor choice of words. If you run a business you should at least know the proper way to leave a voicemail for a paying customer. Never coming back and not recommending it.

Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Lots of paint colors to choose from and many great pieces. Not very expensive considering the prices include the piece itself, the paint, and the glazing and kiln process. The guy working was friendly and helpful too. Very fun activity just be prepared to spend a good amount of time there if you are painting your own design rather than a figurine.

Lots of fun for just about every age group! Children, adults, and seniors. Pick out a piece of pottery and paint. There are so many pottery pieces to choose from. Animals, cups, bowls, light switch plates, ornaments, tiles, trinket holders, etc. That's just to name a few! They have lots of different color paints to choose from. Plus, many sizes and types of paint brushes, stamps, sponges, and pencils specifically for pottery and firing, and more! Depending on which pottery piece you choose will determine the cost, there may be a sitting fee as well, but I'm not sure about this. This is definitely an affordable, relaxing, and fun activity to do!!!

My daughter’s favorite place in town. She would go every day if we could. Staff is always so helpful. It’s kept clean and comfortable and organized!

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. I used to paint here years ago. Unfortunately, this time, there was not much selection. A lot of blank plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses and not many pieces to paint. I dislike the freehand work and prefer to paint an actual figurine so I left. The figurines they did have were for children. Nice place overall.

I've been to two other brands of this same kind of model business in different states and so this one was just as I expected. Clean, neat set up, lots of choices for things to paint in a variety of price ranges, the person on staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great activity for two early teen girls to have a fun night together as new step-sisters.

Cute, quaint, and was busy! My daughter was invited to a birthday party held here and overall it went well. The kids enjoyed painting the pottery they chose and were happy to do so as a group. (4th graders) But the person in charge made it very apparent that she did not appreciate the birthday party noise, and felt like us being there in general was unpleasant. The kids were not wild, not excessively loud, no paint or food was thrown etc. Your typical giggling, chatter, with a few moments of louder laughter sprinkled in. There was no screaming or anything disruptive. We parents at one point overheard (disapprovingly) "My children would never". & In the midst of handing out cake, we lost a dollop of icing from a plate onto the floor by mistake (at least it was dark icing on dark carpet?♀️) and offered to clean it once she pointed it out. That seemed to be a big annoyance to her as well. The feeling I got was that we were a nuisance.Sorry to be lengthy, I like to speak thoroughly! So I'll end with this; This is a great place to go with a friend or on a date. Despite them offering to host birthday parties, I would not hold one here unless your child(ren) & their friends are *exceptionally* quiet together at birthday parties. Like, grown up quiet. ?

This place is awesome . Fair prices . A great way to let you imagination loose. Make sure you have plenty of time, tou can get lost in your painting and when you look up a couple hours have gone by ?. But you can leave your painting and come back another time to finish.

What a great day we had at get fired up. We were already planning our next trip back before we left. Great atmosphere and the owners are wonderful. They make the whole experience so much fun.
