We had the pleasure to work with Krystal when updating our iPhones and verizon service. The Verizon online backend was clunky and buggy, maybe due to having large sales volume, but Krystal knew how to work through or call in for help. Even days later she still worked the account.
Krystal also checked in a week later to see if all was good. Superb service

Hi, I just had a really bad experience at the Verizon store in Oxford. The store manager, Justin, was extremely stand-offish and had an attitude the entire time. He spoke to me in a condescending way, like I didn’t know what I was talking about, when all I was doing was trying to return and upgrade my phone.
My iPhone 17 Pro wasn’t charging, it overheated, and my service and hotspot weren’t working. There were two people there — Crystal, who was very nice and helpful — and Justin, who didn’t even greet me when walking by. When I started talking to him, he said (quote): “Crystal is great at her job and she will be helping you.” The way he said it was rude and abrupt, like he couldn’t be bothered to help.
Crystal mentioned, “This has never happened to me and it’s now charging,” which just made the whole thing feel brushed off when the issue clearly wasn’t normal.
Overall, I left really frustrated and disappointed with how I was treated. I just wanted to bring this to someone’s attention.

On July 21st, I brought my phone in because it was acting crazy!! Crystal got rid of some really bad websites that had a virus in them. She is great! Thank you again Crystal,you saved my phone and my sanity!😊

I had the pleasure of working with Krystle at the Quarry Walk location recently. Krystle went above and beyond to assist my daughter and I in replacing her lost phone. Her patience and profound professionalism was greatly appreciated!! I look forward to working with her again when I bring my mother in to upgrade her ancient device. Many thanks Krystle!! and Jeff too!!

Sham store! Do yourselves a favor and find somewhere else to go. Manager is a joke. Sold me insurance on a phone that doesn't exist anymore. They tried to fake the system out to get the insurance on the phone they replaced it with. Now I have no insurance but continue to pay.
That didn't work and now my only option is to pay to get my phone fix for $400. I HAVE INSURANCE ON THE PHONE! No you don't you have insurance on the phone you replaced. What world am I living in!
UPDATE: I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM SHAM STORE.
I WENT TO THEIR REPAIR CENTER AND PAID $286 TO GET IT REPAIRED. PLEASE SEND ME A CHECK or CREDIT MY ACCOUNT!

William is the best! I was planning to switch to another carrier after my contract ended, but his kindness, speed, accuracy, professionalism, and extensive knowledge convinced me to stick with Verizon. It’s great to have someone like him providing excellent service in our community.

Extraordinary! Being a service manager in the automotive industry i know good customer service when I see it. I ordered a new samsung s24. Once the phone was activated there was an issue with the hardware and I kept getting a white and black screen that looked like the matrix. I went into the store and they immediately rectified the issue by ordering me a new phone and had it delivered to the store. It's a little frustrating that I have to spend so much time at the store but that's at no fault of the workers. Both Cristal and Jeff are great and their customer service absoultly exceeds any expectations and experiences I've had at previous verizon stores.

One associate working, she tells me a few minutes, turned into waiting over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is a joke even at this store.

I arrived about an hour before closing on Thursday night. My mother wanted to upgrade her phone. The store was immaculate, well stocked and very well lit. Will D., the solutions specialist, directed me to the iPhone SE after I mentioned that my mother was 92 years old and never had anything but her flip phone. After reviewing her account, he mentioned that she should be getting a $20 credit because she was already signed up for auto pay and paperless billing. He said in order to receive that discount she would need to switch her payment method from credit card to bank account. In less than an hour I was out the door with my mother's new phone. She was thrilled but I did need to bring her to the store the next day so she could update her account to get the $20 credit. She had a few questions which Will who I am now referring to as the super savvy senior citizen representative patiently answered. His friendliness and clear explanation of how to work the phone made my mother totally at ease. In a day she had learned how to text, take photos, set up her email, and was totally comfortable using her new phone thanks to Will!

Recently visited the Verizon Store to consider changing mobile phone service. Met Will Dudko who helped us out. He spent hours with us attempting to switch our account. He was exceptionally patient and polite throughout the whole ordeal. He never tried to sell and only helped. If you’re looking to use Verizon, Will is definitely your go to guy.
