“day before thanksgiving, what was i thinking but ive gotta say, ANDRE @ checkout was super helpful and made me aware of how i could get coupons. ended up saving $20 on an ink cartridge. he knocked himself out helping. now that i think of it, last time i was in @ printing the gentleman at the counter was really great too! i was hesitating about going in but im glad i did. Andre slso told me about price matching for the dreaded ink cartridges if that particular kind is available at Walmart or other stores. Couldnt be happier!”

I just learned that this one, in the plaza, is under new ownership! I guessed that after being treated well. They got to me in minutes tho the store was filled. “use the Watertown store to print documents and projects for work all the time. they always come out great, the store processes the online orders pretty quick & has them ready way before the time given. Biggest downfall of this store is its understaffed and it takes some time to get a print associate to acknowledge you or come over. but other than that, the products always come out good & the clients are always happy!”

“12/29/2023 I would like to start by saying I don’t do the business review thing but I had to absolutely do this review. Middle aged women here who is not computer savvy and usually have a difficult time when it comes to computers. I visited the UPS Seymour location for the first time to do a return. I had the pleasure of Keisha as my customer service representative I must say she greeted me with a smile and she really went ABOVE and BEYOND helping me with my return she had so much patience with me and also suggested other alternatives.
