Always pleased in the way my clothes are cleaned!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My mother in law brought in a suit to be cleaned and they ruined the jacket. They did not tell her when she picked it up and because the policy is “complaints must be made within 24 hours”, they would not even return the cost of the cleaning. They claimed the suit was defective although it has been cleaned before without any issues. First of all, their “policy” is not posted anywhere or printed on the receipt and the manager claimed “everyone knows the policy” and could not actually print out a copy of it because the printed was broken. Manager was rude and would not take accountability for the fact that she ruined someone’s property nor did she even care! DO NOT GO THERE. You are better off using a small independently owned cleaner.

Open 1 day a week and no one returns voicemails. If you have something dropped off and need it within a week I would think twice before leaving your belongings here. Like someone else mentioned, they are held hostage.Service: Organic dry cleaning

No issues until recently. With my commute out of town the 9-5 hours don't work for me to drop & pick up my shirts, however, the 24/7 option was why I started coming there as it was closer to home. Lately, the ATM has not worked so I have to come on Saturday to pick up my shirts. When I showed up at 9:20 on Tuesday, no one was at the business and the doors were locked. The owner came out of the blinds business next door and helped me get my shirts. When I asked him about the ATM not working, he told me that his hand were tied and that he was waiting on Corporate to fix it. My response was that if they couldn't get it working, then I would have to take my business somewhere else. The one issue I had with a shirt they rectified so no issues from a laundry perspective.Services: Clothes pressing

I won't even get into why the lady had her kid at work both times I was in there, stuffing chips and donuts in them while telling me they were home sick. The whole week. Whatever. My full length winter coat needed a zipper replacement. They put in a bright white zipper on my cream colored coat. It's glaringly obvious. I was told a wash came with it. It didn't get washed and I was told it was because she only had one other shirt to wash with it so not enough to do it. ? So are you telling me, she was waiting to have a full load? Is that how a paid laundromat works? No thanks, I'll go across the street.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

I wanted a broken zipper replaced in a pair of cargo pants. I dropped it down on a Friday and they said it should be done by Monday and that they would give me a call. No call on Monday or all week. I called the following Friday and they said they would look into it. I didn’t hear back from them. I called again five times for the next four business days and no one answered the phone. I drove there during business hours and the lights were off and the doors were locked. I tried using the 24 hr pickup machine and it said they didn’t have anything ready for me. So two weeks after I dropped off the pants, I called again and they were there. I picked up the cargo pants and guess what???? I paid for a new zipper but instead the tried to repair the old one. ( for $17.00 and a two week wait). NEVER using this business again and I will define not be recommending them.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

Business hours show open on Saturday- arrived and the place was completely closed and dark. Couldn’t access the 24/7 drop off. Disappointed because this was my first trip and was eager to try this place. If they had staffing issues should update google hours

If you want your clothes held hostage drop them off here. The owner of this business doesn’t seem to understand that you need more than one employee. Seriously, finally had some momentum and now I’m waiting for you to hire someone to open door and give me my clothes that haven’t been cleaned because nobody has been there all week. The worst run business I’ve ever encountered, don’t go here it’s a joke

Gave Daniel my cherished window valences that my Mother in Law made for me years ago. Told him how precious these were to me. Daniel took extra care and the drapes and valences came out PERFECTLY! His care was evident. Would highly recommend this business!Service: Drapery & window cover cleaning
