As suggested by the name, these guys do primarily brake work and also sell tires. The service is very good. The front desk rep is polite and informative and I have never had a problem when I had work done there. I recently had brakes and rotors replaced it was done properly and was way cheaper Than if I had gone to the dealership for my car.

I was in town for the day and needed an auto shop to check on an issue for me, so I decided to stop by here based on all the good reviews and location convenience to me for the day. They were too busy to take me in, but I just wanted to say that the front desk service I received was kind, courteous, understanding, helpful and professional. If I were local, I’d definitely had made the appointment to come back. Give ‘em a try!! ☺️

New England Tire & Brake is the absolute best. Twice now they have accommodated my schedule with very short notice, exceeding my expectations for customer service. I’ve also been here on several other occasions for oil changes, brake services, and tire repairs. Every employee I have interacted with here has been friendly, honest, and knowledgable. They make suggestions for things my car needs to optimize its performance, but I never feel pressured to pay for anything I don’t urgently need and I am always treated with respect. This is, unfortunately, not something that was guaranteed at other auto shops I had previously visited. Needless to say, I am thrilled I found them and I plan to be a repeat customer for many, many years to come!

This place is awful. Do not ever go there. They charge about twice as much as other places and they have no clue what they're doing. They can't even fill tires to the proper pressure. As if that's not enough, they have a bad attitude towards the customers that they rip off.

I’ll never go anywhere but here again for tires. The two guys I dealt with at the counter were so nice & helpful. Walked in one day, ordered my Cooper for my ‘16 Accord, tires which were delivered next day then came back to get them installed. Super fast service, definitely coming back.

I drove up without having scheduled anything because there was a hole in my tire. The guys there were so obliging and got right to work on it, even though they obviously had other things they had to get done, and got the tire fixed in less than half an hour!!!

Mike & Jim are great! Very Nice, Friendly! Always professional. They get your car in & out! Always helpful with checking my tire pressure when I go on a long trip! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I cannot say enough about New England Brake and Tire. I utilize them for both personal and business automotive upkeep/repairs, and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Their pricing is fair, the work they do is fantastic, and their staff is friendly, informative, and helpful. They have always gone the extra mile any time I've brought one of the vehicles in, and in today's day and age that's rare. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Amazing staff and service. Had a leak in tires of both cars now and each time they work to get you in as soon as possible. Very affordable and reliable.
