This location is easily accessible and in a fairly safe area. Everything was efficient and you are able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Waited in line for 15 min to be told that they don’t currently have a notary on staff. Banks are required to have a notary on staff for all shifts.

Absolutely terrible I’ve had a business account with Wells Fargo for 8 years went to take cash out of my account Had plenty of funds Was interrogated about a previous deposit which had already cleared Asking who my customer was.... what they gave me the check for..... What the payment was used for.....and what I intended to do with the funds. Seriously don’t understand how that’s any of your business. Went up the street to the Milford branch they had no problem. Not my first bad experience here... before covid would stand in line inside for an unreasonable amount of time. Mind you that I have done transactions like this over 100 times or more in the last eight years at the Milford branch without one issue every time I step foot in the orange branch there’s a problem. Despicable!!

I tried for an antire month to close my account. I went in signed papers closing my accounts and still automatic withdrawals kept occurring. I even told them to freeze the account prior to me arriving to close out my accounts. There seems to be a disconnect somewhere internally . Thank god for choice. Moved all my Banking to Milford Bank.

Horrible here!! All I wanted to do was cash a check. And they made it impossible. Hate Wells Fargo and this location just reminds me why I don't bank with them. Thanks to the girl that can't do her job right you reassure me it's better to bank with ANYONE else!!

Customer Service is horrendous. I came to get information about opening a new account. No greeter in sight. The personal banker seemed like she could care less. She sat in her office and never came out to see if she could assist me. If this is indicative of how Wells Fargo treats their customers... NO THANKS

Sooooooo unorganized here!!! I went in to cash a check and I had to wait to see one person for a thumb print then wait to see ANOTHER person to cash it. Every other Wells Fargo that I've been to has one person doing everything. It seemed everyone was annoyed in there with them!
