Walgreens as a corporation is horrible. A multibillion dollar corporation and many locations don't have pharmacists ,cut hours ,overpriced and understaffed . It's not a employee issue PAY YOUR WORKERS MORE OR OFFER INCENTIVES to your workers . people don't have to use your services they will find alternatives and alternate pharmacies .

Prescriptions are not filled as promised. I’ve had to go 2 and 3 days with no medication, they never answer the phone even after you wait at least 20 for the auto system! And now they’re doing Covid testing through the drive up prescription pick up window!!!

Closed on weekends now?! I'm sorry, I thought this was a PHARMACY?! Never in my life have I ever heard of a pharmacy being closed on weekends. This place is a complete joke. I guess I'll be taking my medicinal needs somewhere else since Walgreens can't possibly be inconvenienced to dispense vital medication on weekends.

Don't use the pharmacy at this Walgreens. I switched here from the Walgreens pharmacy in New Haven, which was always jam-packed and made me wait over an hour when I needed a POC migraine pill during a goddamn migraine. I thought going to a Walgreens outside of New Haven would be better, but the pharmacy staff here is either overworked or incompetent. I am constantly having to call my doctors to get things renewed because this pharmacy "forgets" to call. I've waited over a week on multiple occasions for a prescription to clear when I just called the provider myself and found out that the pharmacy never actually called them. They have also mis-counted pills and refused to give me the missing pills when I went back. None of this would ever happen at my family's Walgreens pharmacy back in NJ. Understaffed or incompetent, and not worth the headache of having them as partners in your health.

This store is terrible.They put you on hold then someone else picks up and eventually you are disconnected . DON'T SHOP HERE
