I have had so many issues with different Verizon locations and I can’t say enough good things about wireless zone! They are fair, patient, and really help make sure you get what you need and all problems are resolved Best wireless store I have been to, highly recommend.

My vacation ended very badly when 2 of my friends broke my phone. I was devastated!!!
I went to the Verizon store in Orange. I told them my horror story about losing all my pics and audio files. I went to this store years ago, and bought my new phone here.
Bob and Ryan were PHENOMENAL!!!! They truly are artists. They got back everything I lost and they are truly caring and friendly.
Everyone should go to the Orange Verizon store. Bob and Ryan are worth the trip.

What ever happened to quality customer service? The workers at this Verizon location are rude and dismissive. I came in the other day to transfer my mom’s information onto her new phone. Since it’s iPhone to iPhone, we thought this would relatively easy, but wanted to make sure we were close to a specialist in case we needed help. The worker said we couldn’t do it in the store unless we paid them $50. $50 to use store WiFi and maybe ask a few questions? He told us to set it up at our house. What’s the point of having these in person stores if they just say to do it at home? He also spoke over us when we were trying to talk to him. You’re a customer for 10+ years and pay $100+ a month for a cell phone plan, but you can’t use their in store WiFi to transfer your new phone. It’s ridiculous. If this is how Verizon treats their customers, we will be looking into switching carriers.

How do u give no stars?
Customer service was the WORSE I've ever seen in my entire life and I'm almost 50! When I walked in I felt like I didn't belong because I was too brown. Everyone in the location looked at me like I didn't belong. When enter the Verizon store,. I was greeted by a man with hair. The bald-headed man who addressed me, can't call it help because he didn't really want to, look at me as if I was already an issue before he could help. All I needed was to switch SIM cards into a new phone so I could have an anxiety safe trip out of the state. THANK GOD FOR WALMART, CAN'T BELIEVE I'M SAYING THAT LOL
I went there and even though they were busy and getting off I was still able to purchase a Verizon prepaid phone for over $200. It wasn't like I wasn't trying to spend money at Verizon if I needed to SMH, you suck
