The worst package delivery company i ever experienced, I have been waiting for my package for the last 4 days, and it's yet to be delivered. Even after I corrected my home address.

Horrible and very rude ups drivers. The driver refused to return to drop off my desk after i waited at home for a whole day for the delivery. I had to go pick up the heavy desk myself.

Cant speak to live person soo...Store @ 10/21/23 morning hrs. 115 Foxon blv. New haven 06513. Open 6a-10pm in the front. Packages dumped off in back of building while raining destroyed our products! also able to be stolen....worst Driver to be the laziest! Will be sending cliams and emails

They claimed I wasn’t available for delivery when I literally sat on my front steps waiting until 9:00 at night because I live in an apartment complex. This isn’t the first time this has happened! They never came here!

Weekday driver, when he is working - is exceptional.Saturday driver on the other hand is very argumentative and will not even try to get packages delivered to the right address.Weekday fill-in driver is clueless as well....I am now having a package where supposedly 3 delivery attempts were made [*only one delivery notice was actually left] sent back to the seller, because the website will not allow me to set up an account [*claiming I already have one] so re-routing to a UPS store is not an option - not that I should have to do that nor want to...Funny, I never ever have any problems with Fed Ex or any other delivery services.I will make it a point to notify any establishment that I am doing business with to NOT use UPS, since their service has deteriorated to the point of being an absolute disgrace.

they gave me a delivery time of 2pm to 6pm they showed up at 1131am and obviously I wasn't there then I call they say they will call me within 1 to 2 hrs to try to deliver the package again on same day I wait for a call and never got one so I call the 1800 number and they tell me they tried to call me and left a voice mail witch I didn't receive a call or a voice mail it is not my fault your staff doesn't understand what a time Fram is the driver and manager needs to be fired over this and I will make sure someone loses there job for incompetence

So apparently on Saturdays the drivers can do whateverrrrr they want and there’s no one who can communicate with them. They can leave someone else’s package at your house and deliver your package god knows where and you will then have to wait 3 days before being contacted or even making a claim cause the claims department is also closed on Saturdays. Not sure why they deliver on Saturdays with these issues but this is ridiculous my $100 package is just wherever they decided to leave it. If it even made it off the truck. And thankfully I walked my neighbors package from 3 doors down over or there would be 2 claims made from my street alone. Again. Ridiculous .Just an update I was NEVER contacted by UPS even tho I had made a claim- luckily one of MY NEIGHBORS from quite far down the street received my package and brought it to my house . So NO THANKS TO UPS WAS IT RESOLVED OR WAS I EVEN CONTACTED REGARDING MY CLAIM. Useless!

Driver throws packages on porch and my things arrived damaged all the time! Can he not read "This side UP?" My once live plants, are damaged with dirt all over the place. This dude should be fired!!!

Very kind employees who tracked down my package even in the off hours and helped me carry a heavy package to my car. A wonderful gentleman named Jason even loaded the heavy into my trunk because I was obviously having trouble. Much gratitude.

I got an email that my package is undeliverable and there is an incorrect address. I have not had this issue before and get packages to my house l the time. Tried to call this distribution center and they said it would cost $7 for me to pick up the package, when it’s their fault for not delivering it!!
