I went to this Salon referred to me by a co-worker. I have been to other Salons but the level of respect , professionalism and kindness that I experienced at this Salon I must say I never did. The sweet lady at the reception area made sure I was comfortable and helped as much as she could. Tiffany was the wonderful lady that did my hair , she did such a wonderful job I am so happy ! . She is so positive and has a beautiful smile. She is a true professional and it shows in her work, she never met me before and it was as she knew exactly what I wanted. I could not have asked for a better first time experience. I am looking forward to going back.

Always a great experience with the folks at Ultimate Image. They are super friendly, accommodating and I have always been happy with my haircare. I have been going there for years. They are top notch.

I used Christina for a haircut. She was extremely passive aggressive and not friendly as soon at tje haircut started. I asked for 3 inches off but I got about 1 inches off. We asked her to look at a before picture and reflect on how she did not do what we asked for. We kindly asked her to spray my hair and cut off 2 more inches and she huffed and puffed and argued back with us about how she did what she was asked, which is not true. She did not care about costumer satisfactory and said “ugh I guess. “ because of the rude response, we just marched out the door and left. $60 down the drain for an unpleasant, rude worker and looking basically the same as how I walked in looking.Service: Haircut

I've been going here for years and Jeanne Bowes is the absolute best. Such a lovely person and gives one of the best haircuts I've ever had. I've lived in California and Florida and Boston and believe me I know when someone cuts my hair right . I highly recommend her for anyone who's looking for a great hairdresser!
