I always use this U-Haul; the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly, and the lot is well lit, making the 24/7 drop-off a great option.

First. This location, the employee (Post road, Orange)stated they had no vehicles available. Since I did not have a reservation l, only a 10 foot truck that was one way only I then booked a 10 foot truck through U-HAUL at AC Motor Farriers which ended up being more of a scam because they do not have any U-Haul vehicles and their listed address does not exist. I then called the U-Haul 1-800 number and the woman changed my reservation I made with AC to the U-Haul in Orange after she told me they did have a 10 ft truck available. I then go back to Orange and the guy goes “oh they must have transferred you”. After getting in the truck it smelled like cigarettes and the driver side visor was broken. I notified the return employee since in the app U-Haul only cares about the gas and exterior damage as there was no option for interior damage. Overall, horrible experience where time was wasted. If I ever need them again I will never come to this location or a “neighborhood” location.

Easy to get service, I make the reservation online, check in online and the vehicle was ready to pick out, the return was easy too. They have new vehicles, confortable. I really like it

Lies and robbery are what uhaul wants to get into. I rent 3 units and one was opened by mistake by them and they just left it! They are charging us for another lock when they ruined the last one!! Rude and disorganized, so we are leaving the uhaul, and we talked to our lawyer about suing uhaul. This happened on Sunday the 6th of August at 4:30. And 2 years ago, they tried to sell our stuff because of the wrong storage numbers in their computer. Bad management all around. Also, I overhead the white gentleman who helped us and a black guy with dreads laughing about people always wanting something free... Rude much??? We pay our storage fees so you can keep it safe!

There is no excuse for a truck to have warnings when you pick it up. Low air pressure in the tires is dangerous. The window shade was hanging in my face while driving. Also why aren't the photos of the truck accurate on the app? Not a single photo matched the condition of the truck. When I asked about this I was told that the pictures were when the truck was new. Make sure you take your own pictures and save them on your phone. U Haul app just uses your camera and doesn't save them to your device.

It’s comforting to know that reserving a rental vehicle is a very easy process. The office employee was wonderful and explained my rental agreement to me, so I could get what I needed to get done. Excellent experience

Good luck with this $hit hole.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT EXISTENTALL IDIOTS.Read all the reviews and then go somewhere else.Doubt they have any manager because they don't work.They sit around on their cell phones

We reserved a van online the day before. The next morning we got an email which we never saw that cancelled our reservation. When we arrived at the time of pick up they told us that it was cancelled. We had to rent a larger vehicle and pay more per mile for the larger vehicle. I was not happy. Luckily they had something for us to rent but not what we originally wanted.
