I have been going to Town Fair Tire for years because I’ve always received great service. I am posting this review because my last experience was more than exceptional. I had numerous issues to deal with, tires, sensors and brakes (I’m so glad the they have added brakes to the services they offer!!!). Kervens set me up with everything I needed and I was out the door, all issues fixed in less than 3 hours! Would highly recommend this location as it has been wonderful each and every time.

Kerven’s went above and beyond to make sure my tire was repaired same day. The Orange location did not have it in stock but they called other locations and went right out to get it. I was so grateful they made the effort to make sure I was able to have my car that same day.

Kervens was amazing! Great customer service and fixed my tire for $13 when I thought I needed a whole new one. In and out within a hour. 10/10 will be back!!!

Arrived when Town Fair opened in Orange, CT because one of tires was losing air. Hardy took care of me Rt away.. it took less than an hour.. they found a small nail in front tire. They were able to patch it professionally and I only had to pay for balancing tires! ?

Buyer beware DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
They don’t tell you when you buy the tires The original warranty only covers the tire all labor and alignment not any service fees they will charge another warranty fee for your replaced tires
Had sold me a bad tire kept leaking they patched it $15 fee (fine) then the tire kept leaking air brought it back and they charged $143 to replace it
