Absolute CLOWN shop. Just received my order from this shop and it was faked. They REFILLED an empty, or fake labeled bottle of "Lost Dream's Pebbles Cheesecake Step 06"(there's noticeable differences between it's label the one on my real bottle that I have still left), and intentionally tried to scam me with some candy-ish flavor THAT ISN'T EVEN CLOSE TO SIMILAR! Also was charged by a vape shop who has the same address that's listed for this company, but it was called White Buffalo. So he must use this shop name, "The Steam Co" to scam people under so reviews like this one don't fall back on his actual Vape shop location, White Buffalo. There is NO question, it isn't even close the fake flavor he(or She) sent isn't even a cereal flavor, much less the correct one. Will update if it gets handled by them.

Great shop. Very down to earth and knowledgeable staff committed to providing quality products instead of just junk, like so many other vape shops. Hands down the best vape shop I've ever been into!

I am extremely disappointed......that I didn't discover this company sooner. Placed an online order. Had a question, and Adam got back to me quickly. Super accommodating. From a customer service standpoint, these guys have been great.As for the product, great flavor, great throat hit, doesn't turn into black tar in a coil or on your cotton (i use a couple different mods, and cotton bacon cotton in my squonk). Which is especially impressive in the chocolate flavors. Shows they don't use poor quality base chems.Here's to a long relationship!CheersM
