Gym appearance is clean, spacious and had a variety of options. Members can do personal or group training , cardio and there's evened a cinema in the back. Fitness oriented feel to the gym.

Extremely rude, incompetent staff. Misleading sales tactics. Did not offer a solution to a mistake they made themselves that has cost me money and turned me away at the door. I had been going here for a year and have never really been impressed by the service or quality of the equipment to begin with. Now I know for sure that I'll never step foot in an Edge location again thanks to the awful associates that work here.

I've been seeing the reviews lately and I even looked in the gym myself, I've got to say I'm a bit sad to see such a good gym sink so low as to back stab the costumer's I even ran into some of them being so far as RAGEFUL at this place, I'm looking for gyms to go to in order to improve, instead I run into a gym where I'm risking my hard work and money and I'm not even a full adult yet, if you're planning to go here? Think before making this choice. (I just want a fair decent budget paid gym once a month. Not a scam)

Too less pairs of basic weighted dumbbells, also there is no any equipment for forarms. They ask you to pay more for massage chair, but people with basic plan also use that. They don't make a watch on that. May be lack of management.

To whom it may concernPresident/CEOI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent experience I had at The Edge Fitness Clubs located in ********* *** As a member of your facility, I expected a certain level of professionalism, customer service, and cleanliness that was sorely lacking during my visit. I regret to inform you that my encounter on 08/17/23 has left a lasting negative impression on your establishment.First and foremost, I was taken aback by the state of unprofessionalism and rudeness I've encountered yet again with Tom (unfortunately, not the first time). Sadly, and unfortunately Tom doesn't have the professional and social skills to address members/peers/others. Tom, is at a disadvantage as he is dealing with a ********* ** ********* *** ***** *********** *****l health challenges which prevent him from being able to articulate, relate or perform adequately as a front staff team player. These facts were shared by both your GM Naomi Zaza and your AM Tayvon.Furthermore, the customer service I encountered was subpar at best. The staff exhibited a lack of professionalism (as a whole) and responsiveness that is unbecoming of a fitness club of your reputation. When I attempted to address my concerns with a staff member, I was met with indifference and disregard, further exacerbating my frustration.Moreover, the equipment and facilities seemed to be in a state of disrepair. Malfunctioning machines and inadequate upkeep suggest a lack of investment in maintaining a satisfactory workout environment for your members. This directly contradicts the promises made when I joined your club and significantly diminishes the value of my membership.Sincerely* ******** ***** ******P.S. Guys, It's a Nightmare to cancel my membership with Edge. Short story, I signed up in May 2022, finished a year term for May 2023. Then they told me I need 30 day notice, then they will charge me for one month extra (which is fine.) I provided notice in June 2023, I thought I am finally done by July 2023. But they said they processed it in July, so I am responsible for July and August - even though I am not using it for almost 3 months.. this is crazy. I had to cancel my cards and close bank accounts...

Signed up under the guise of a month to month plan and could cancel with 30days notice. Go to cancel and was told I could not cancel until my year (which was not mentioned once) was up. Follow up with double checking everything you sign and do not fully listen/trust the sales rep

The Edge Fitness in Norwalk has been my club for almost ten years. During that time have survived a renovation. However, one constant has been prevailing. The club has rules that it does not enforce, equipment breakdowns that take multiple weeks to repair, is totally understaffed with less than effective management, and this is currently manifested in the fact that the men's sauna has been out of action for over a week (and not for the first time) and currently the staff has no idea when it will be back. This is an example of another issue. The level of communication is barely evident. For this many of the members blame corporate. The Edge management is a non-existent entity at best, and ineffective at worst. Solutions to the state of affairs are neither difficult to implement nor expensive . Many of the issues have as a sub topic are risk to member health, or safety, or effective and/or enjoyable workouts.

The cancellation process was very organized, with help from two on-site employees. (I had an issue canceling with their billing partner, ABC Fitness - That is my only complaint here). However, the on-site employee manager straightened that out once he understood my situation which the previous employee told him. (This was taken care of within 24 hours!) Thank you again for your prompt responses and for helping me cancel my membership - you both made it very easy and stress-free after dealing with ABC Fitness directly.
