I loveee Target but do not like using the online ordering system when it comes to this location. The amount of times they cancelled my order due to “not having it in stock.” But me showing up 15 mins later and finding the item on the racks myself with an abundant amount of the item i purchased online rubbed me the wrong way … It’s clear as day they have lazy workers who simply don’t like to LOOK for an item..

Dirty is an understatement....carts everywhere with product. Shelves are a mess, bathroom is disgusting and flooded of pee and paper all over the floor.

I really enjoy this target all around. But I’m going to make one thing clear, I don’t need an employee literally standing right behind me while I’m checking out. I don’t steal and I don’t need to steal from Target. I believe staff members should be there to help, and NOT prejudge. Some people take their job way too seriously! But asides from that staff member, it’s a great store!

I was scammed at the North Haven Target store, one week before the shooting in the parking lot. A woman came up to me, shaking and crying telling me that she prayed to God she would find someone to help her buy food for her baby. I believed her, and paid for over $200 worth of formula. She grabbed the receipt from me and ran out the door, and headed straight to the Milford store to get cash back. Seems like an inside job. Target did not care about my loss. They said this scam has been ongoing, and when I asked why they don’t warn customers, they said corporate does not want that kind of atmosphere for their “guests.” Well, I was a guest! And they LET me get robbed! They could not refund my money, didn’t offer me a gift card or any kind of recompense. I even ashed if they would donate to the Lupus Foundation because I have Lupus, and I heard nothing. Target is a crime hub and they like it that way. Don’t shop there unless you want to be a victim of crime while they look the other way.

What is the point in adding a whole section of self checkout when they are never open. Went in on a Saturday infact 2 Saturdays in a row lines are long as hell and all of self checkout is closed. Managers there are clueless

This target is always a mess. Last time I came was about 2 months ago and the ladies' section looked like a hurricane went through with all the bras and underwear all over the place and no organization. I left empty-handed. Today, I decided to come around because I needed to replace some of my make-up that was old and I had bought at another Target, so I figured it might be here. I only took this one picture, but these carts were in EVERY aisle in half the section of Ulta. I put my basket down and walked away empty-handed again. I'll try the walmart nearby instead.

I have just visited my neighborhood Target and almost did not recognize it. I mean this in a good way! I had not been in Target for a few months but have always consider it to be one of the prettiest stores around, so I did not think that it needed a makeover. However, it indeed received one, and it turned out nice, but I thought the store was nice before as well. My purpose at the store was to pick up an online order at the customer service area, which was also set up quite differently. The young lady that assisted me was very warm and pleasant! I truly felt valued & appreciated by her care. Thank you Target for the great welcoming experience!

It’s what you come to expect when shopping at a Target. Plenty of options and a well lit, well organized big box store. Plenty of self-checkout lanes making quick and easy to get in and out.
