“Overall experience has been positive, except for when I visited for the first time to begin storing. My new lock was in the storage space, but there was no key to secure it. Gladly, I spoke to the manager the following morning and he provided me with a brand new lock and key. That same night I was a little upset that there were no carts available throughout the building, so I had to lug all my belongings from one end of the building to the other. Other than that the facility was clean, safe and secured.”
