I will never purchase anything from this store again. They made a mistake on my address. They sent TD Bank the wrong address so I never received my bill or my card. Long story short TD kept charging me late fees in which I was not responsible for Raymour was. I finally went to the store to figure out what was going on. Nevertheless (2) late fees after a returned credit card that I had to report lost because they never got it back who knows what happened to it. Now I’m the customer who is paying for the furniture and their mistakes. TD Bank explained that any money paid to them goes to the principal of the loan not the late fee how convenient. Bottom line when I told this to Raymour the person indicated basically oh well. Never again. Please double check their billing and documentation before it cost you too!

Tamisha was absolutely amazing, and really understand our budget and pointed us in the direction of producers that worked for us. She listened, was fun and just as excited as us to embark on this new journey. I would go back to Raymour & Flanigan to work with here.

I thought this experience would be the same as walking into every other furniture store where everyone is pushy. To my pleasant surprise Carlos was very friendly, gave us space but was still avail if we had any questions.

The lack of genuine customer service at this place is astounding. I came a few years ago and saw Jane. I didn’t have the wall measurements on me and, once I told her that, she could not have been any less interested in helping me. I recently went in and met with Mercedes. I figured I’d give it another shot and steer clear of Jane. Mercedes started out a little over the top, but when I didn’t want to give her my email and personal information “to be setup in the system,” she pulled a disappearing act like Jane. I was interested in another item and returned a couple weeks later to look at it. This time, I was greeted by Aldo. “Greeted” is a very strong word for what Aldo did as his response to me asking, “How are you?” was “I’m alive.” He then told me he’d let me walk around on my own so as not to crowd me; I appreciated that. Aldo never came to check on me so I had to ask another associate for assistance while I was in a back corner of the showroom. The associate was somewhat helpful, but he was not able to help me much as he was with a customer of his own (completely understandable). I am appalled that these three associates work in commission based jobs as their demeanor and customer service skills are atrocious. If you are looking for excellent customer service and good deals, please do yourself a favor and go to the Raymour Clearance Center just down the road and ask for Kenny.
