Horrible service !!!! ! Had been directed by my physician as a walk-in approx 45 min to closing no one was in the office waiting or being treated the woman there with a snarky attitude said they had no appointments available or walk ins I was the only one there
She suggested coming back on sat knowing they were closed
She was sooo ghetto don’t waste your time here go to west haven

Appointment at 1:30, was seen by 1:34. Waiting room clean and able to wait outside if preferred. I have tons of anxiety with getting blood taken & sometimes faint. Demirus (so?) was the absolute sweetest and so patient with me. Every time I've been the staff is kind and quick. This is the only quest I go to now.

I booked online and filled out the short insurance info before arriving. The morning of my appointment, Quest sent a link to use to check in, which worked once at the site immediately. I did not wait at all. The phlebotomist was nice and friendly, already had my doctor's orders up when I entered the room, and she was organized with the dozens of vials I had to fill. She was skilled and even though I had to get a second needle, did it quickly and relatively painlessly. I had to pay a copay but the phlebotomist handled it right in the room. Quick, easy, simple visit.

You have a incompetent, nervous, ill-mannered phlebotomist who's done a very bad job at draining blood from the arm and sent me back to the waiting room for someone else to do it than herself. Despite puncturing my arm, she left it bleeding and untreated. I suggest they should fire her as she proved to be a health risk factor.I have never visited a clinic like this before in my life who doesn't know how to treat their patients with proper care and respect.

Made appt for blood test at Orange CT Quest..had confirmation also..got to appt date and time and tried to sign in and their computer said, "no appt made"..Nice..wasted my time..my energy and my last nerve getting over to Orange for nada! Heard other patients state this happens all the time that is why Milford CT Quest had to close..mistakes. Don't know but had to leave and not happy! No one to speak to there of course..too bad for the patients! Quest needs to spend more money on doing things right, not taking advantage of being the only labs in the area. Hope the Milford Ct lab opens again in early OCT at least the ride wouldn't be so long and wasted!

Quest Diagnostics is money 1st, patient care last with everything in between. The appointment software often doesn't work, staff paces themselves to only take appointments so walk-ins can wait hours. Every Dr office I visit only asks for Ins once a year. Quest is so money driven they require ins & driver's license every time. They won't even move forward even if you owe fifty cents. I wish they have competition to wake up - absolutely a garbage company. Funny is I am the 1st to do good reviews. This truly is a 1 out 5 rating - wish it was 0

Best experience I've ever had with Quest. Service was very fast...I was done within 10 minutes of arriving. The phlebotomist was really nice and helpful, and extremely skilled. She was really quick and I barely felt the needle at all. Some Quest locations are a real hassle, with long wait times and techs that practically stab you with the needle, and leave bruising the next day. The Orange Quest location is the exact opposite of that. No one enjoys having their blood drawn, so thank you so much for making this an easy and painless experience. I will definitely be going to this location from now on for all of my future bloodwork.

I came in to drop a specimen off and had to wait 15 minutes to drop it off. There should be a drop off station for this kind of thing. I already got my blood drawn two days ago, I should not have to sit and wait as if I have an appointment. I have other things I have to do. Sitting in a quest to drop a test off is just ridiculous. A better system needs to be made
