My dog was terrified of the groomers because of past experiences. He absolutely loves it here. He can’t get in the door fast enough. They are very professional, very accommodating. The owner is so sweet, you can really see how much she loves the dogs and her job. She does exactly what you ask for. She goes above and beyond. By far my favorite groomer. Ive never seen my dog so happy to go to get groomed. I highly recommend pet spa.

I now drive 40 minutes each way to bring my dog to Karen I would never bring my dogs any where else . Here's what I know ; My dog is never unhappy when we get there and she is never Uber excited when I pick her up ... and she always looks beautiful Karen has been grooming dogs for a really long time . My dog was shedding really badly so i figured i would take him in to have it professionally done instead of doing it myself. I dropped him off for a wash and deshedding but when I picked my dog up and he's still shedding and he doesn't smell any better than when i dropped him off. In fact as i am looking at him now, he's flaking as if he wasn't even touched by water. On top of everything else now he seems to have an ear infection

I dropped of my dog for his appointment with instructions for whom was to pick him up and I even prepaid to male it easier needless to say my dog was taken by someone else. when the person that was supposed to pick my dog up was notified by Karen the owner of pet spa stated a blonde women with a mask on came into her shop and took my dog off the table (great sence of security for our loved ones) Karen the owner did nothing to stop this person from leaving with my dog. as of n

Karen is wonderful I have 3 mini poodles and she has been grooming them for years she knows how to treat them very professional and her daughter is wonderful to thank you for taking care of all my babies threw out the years .

Overcharged bcz two pp could not handle a difficult dog in a bath. Told me he was terrible through the whole process. Maybe as a professional you start by not getting a puppy crazy by having him play with your dog! BTW, not as bad as they claimed. Told me to get him tranquilizer and to never come back. That was after I tipped them. So for $99 dollars he was frizzy and terribly knotted. His nails were good. Lol. I was lectured about how experienced she was. I wouldn't go back anyway. I was going to send a video of my dog rewashed and getting blow dried on a table but why waste my time.

Karen did an excellent job with my cat. I was so worried about having her cut/shaved, but it couldn’t have been a better experience.
