During the hardest time in our life after the rapid decline of our 9 year old best friend and bad experiences with previous vets, we turned to Dr.D and his staff, not knowing what to expect when we had to make the difficult decision to put our beautiful dog down. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the immense amount of compassion and care we were shown. From the initial greeting at the front desk, to the way Dr. D was right there with us petting our Gus and whispering sweet words in his ear as he drifted away, it was the best case scenario for such a tragic and emotional day. They were also the most reasonably priced out of all vets we called. A few days later, a handwritten card of heartfelt condolences came in the mail. Class acts all around- highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about the care my two dogs received at this practice. I am lucky and we have been to many different vets living in different states. The vet we saw here was kind thorough and knowledgeable. She was patient with our pups listened to me and to them. Waiting room is small so don't come early but other than that a perfect 10. We had a well visit and a sick visit. The vet called the next day to check in both pups and asked if I had any additional questions. The vet tech was great with the pups as well.

My experience with Orange vet has been great. I had a previous puppy named Surry and they were so attentive to him when he passed. I informed them and I got cards from them sending their condolences and now that I have king as my puppy they continue to be very observant to his Health and are so welcoming

We have been going to Orange Veterinary Hospital for many years, with many members of our kitty tribe. While our experiences have always been wonderful, I feel especially grateful to Dr. Alfaro, Dr. D, and everyone for their amazing care of our particularly health-challenged guy in these last few months (and over his entire time with us!). Their patience is especially appreciated as this kitty is definitely not the easiest to manage!
From full mouth extractions, to routine visits, to navigating a new cancer diagnosis, Dr. Alfaro and Dr. D have guided us through making many decisions with our cat’s health, and I have always appreciated the care and time they take to thoroughly explain all of the options and management strategies, even during the middle of busy clinic days. We know our cats are well taken care of with them!

Dr. Bernardino literally saved my 16 year old terrier dog’s life. She was bitten, possibly by a hawk, and he diagnosed and treated by using a great deal of ingenuity. We are so grateful to him. She is still spry and happy despite her years. Thank you Dr. D!

We have a very difficult cat. To say she's feisty is an understatement. She's fine with us, but taking her to the vet brings on her feral survival mode and even I'm scared of this tiny fluffy grey kitty! Dr. D and his assistant did a stellar job handling her and getting her much needed check up and shots. I wouldn't think of taking her anywhere else!

Dr. D & the team saved my dogs life. My poor Winnie that I had recently adopted ended up contracting parvo. It was a horrible thing to watch her go through but knowing she had an amazing veterinary team helped so much with the process. Dr. D helped me to make informed decisions on care without ever making me feel pressured, he was always so kind and empathic. He kept me updated everyday with her progress and made me feel confident she was getting all she needed to get better. The front desk was always so pleasant and helpful no matter how many times a day I called. Even when I’d stop in after work near closing, to visit Winnie, they never once made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience to them. The staff here really goes above and beyond for the welfare of the animals and I am so so appreciative of that. After 10 days of care at OVH my Winnie is finally home. ❤️ so thankful for the team here ?

I go there with my daughter when she takes her 2 dogs. They seem very knowledgeable and are very friendly. My daughter won't go anywhere else

Kind and compassionate service given to our 17 yr old ZoZo by Dr Afaro and the team on 3/14 as we had to put our baby Zo to sleep. The dreaded day for us but their caring and loving touch helped us more ways than one could ever fully explain. Thank you.

We love Orange Vet Hospital, they're so loving and tell you the real deal without doing unnecessary things like some commercial vets. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've trusted them with all 3 of my dogs they're truly amazing. Wonderful staff, no complaints at all. :)
I'm not biased either I just have never had any bad experience ever, I had a very fear reactive dog and they treated her with so much love and respect she eventually overcame her fear thanks to them.
