If I could give them zero Stars I would. We ordered a Sonim RS-60. They had us pay $25 extra for overnight shipping even though it didn't end up shipping for 4 days. We paid over $1200 for this new phone and in less than 2 weeks it quit working. When we contacted Mr Aberthon they said that we would have to contact the manufacturer of the phone. We contacted Sonim directly and they told us that Mr Aberthon IS NOT an authorized dealer and that we weren't the first people to contact them about defective products from Mr Aberthon! Sonim told us that we would have to go through Mr Aberthon for a refund or replacement. When we contacted Mr Aberthon again they told us they only have a 14 day return policy and it was our problem to solve. BUYER BEWARE THEY SELL REFERBISHED AS NEW! Next stop is the BBB!!!

I would like to share my experience dealing with Mr Aberthon, I ordered a phone from them recently, received the phone right away, turns out my husband could not use it because of his carrier and they totally understood and promptly refunded the money for the phone. I was very impressed with their customer service and would purchase a phone from them in the futurefor sure !!!

I bought a somewhat smart phone from these folk. It arrived promptly. It is in excellent condition as described. The price was right. There was excellent communication from purchase until after delivery. I will check Mr. Aberthon in the future before I buy.

These guys are great. I ordered a phone from them which didn't arrive at the scheduled time but was eventually delivered. They not only communicated with me each day regarding my concerns, they also mailed a replacement phone.

I oreder an T Mobile phone to use on Consumer Cellular or AT&T. But it would not work, I asked to return it, and they were very quick to credit my account upon return. We are very pleased with Mr Abertron. I hope to do buisness with them in the future. Thanks again. Jim

Mr Aberthon is an amazing place to do business with. I have the utter most respect for their level of customer care. Noach has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process and to be honest, has surpassed my expectations given that he personally went far and beyond making sure I was satisfied to the fullest. You can't go wrong with them. They know what they're talking about, they're very motivated to help you, and their prices are impossible to beat. A++++
