I recently visited Michaels Jewelers to have a watch repaired. The sales associates were very cordial and committed to helping me. The jeweler worked patiently on my watch and persisted until he found a successful solution. I am quite grateful for their fine service.

I like Michael jewelers a lot. I especially like their Pandoracollections. But i cant believe you are now still keeping Pandemic hours and closing at 6 pm every night. Cmon!!!!!! Thats why im only giving you one star. If you had night hours again , id give you 5 stars, other things still being equal. But these are Terrible hours! Terribly inconvenient and rather inaccessible for some of us! Time to re expand your night hours! Overdue!

Beautiful selection, excellent staff, and periodically offer appraisal services. We got our engagement years almost ten years ago and recently got new bands. We visit them often to have our jewelry cleaned and the staff always greet us and treat us like family.

We shopped for our wedding bands here. It was a delightful experience! Helen greeted us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. My engagement ring is vintage (passed down from my mother-in-law) and unique. I didn't know if I could find a band that fit well and looked good together. I must have tried on 10 bands and Helen was so patient with me! She also recommended I purchase my wedding band slightly bigger than my actual ring size. I followed her advice and was so glad I did! She is caring, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! They also sized down my engagement ring by 1.5 sizes and it looked amazing. They did a wonderful job! I will only go to Michaels Orange to buy my jewelry from now on. Thank you for making such a memorable moment all the more precious!

I was very happy about the way I was greeted when I entered the store. The sale person who helped with my shopping was very polite, and professional! I have not bought a piece of jewelry in many years. I went to Michael’s because I bought my wife’s engagement ring there in Bridgeport over 50 years ago. Today I purchased a present for my loving wife of 50 years. The staff and sales people were incredible.

I always leave Michaels with a smile on my face! The staff are friendly, courteous, and wonderful to work with. I doubt I’ll shop for jewelry anywhere else! It feels great to support a local business that so clearly cares about their customers and takes pride in offering the highest quality products. Not to mention their 0% interest for 12 months offer?! I haven’t seen that anywhere else.Now GO and treat yourself to something sparkly!!
