“Very clean. Friendly staff. I am a "difficult stick", but I travel 30 mins. out of my way to come to this location. Here, I do not have to endure 3+ attempts to obtain a blood sample, because the techs are very skilled. The bathrooms are always clean and smelling fresh. The parking is ample. Handicap accessible.”

“This laboratory was a very pleasant experience. (Considering) I walked in without an appointment and was helped within 2 minutes. The phlebotomy - Chris, was excellent. I have a lot of problems having blood drawn, (either floating veins, very hard to find veins, collapsing veins, ect...) but Chris drew my blood effortlessly, and I was on my way within 15 minutes including paperwork. Thank you Chris.”
“Bathroom should be checked between people because there was urine all over the seat & floor. The woman who was working there was very sweet & nice. She cleaned the bathroom so I could use it. Was a little longer wait then I thought it would be considering I had an appointment & came on time. I like the easy check in process, but the name "Quest" should be outside so it's easy to know where to go.”

“Appointment at 1:30, was seen by 1:34. Waiting room clean and able to wait outside if preferred. I have tons of anxiety with getting blood taken & sometimes faint. Demirus (so?) was the absolute sweetest and so patient with me. Every time I've been the staff is kind and quick. This is the only quest I go to now.”
