Company is trying to sue me for a boot that was supposedly covered by insurance. I wouldn’t have taken the boot if insurance didn’t cover it. Walk in clinic claimed my insurance covered the product.

My husband called a little over a month ago to pay for a wrist brace I was given at my doctor's office. He called at 4:50 to make the payment and was told that the computers were already shut down. Unfortunately for the combative and exceptionally rude woman I spoke with(who is most likelt the culprit that wouldn't take the payment), all calls made on our phone system are recorded. We would have been happy to make the original payment, not nearly $100 more because of sheer laziness. Now? Med-Aid LLC won't see a penny from us. Have fun with that.

Customer service needs improvement also please check what their billing your insurance company they are above and beyond customary billing and their billing practices need to be investigated
