This place is a mess, went there to get a gel refill and pedicure, now one this place doesn't accept debit or credit cards, however they have an ATM machine inside I get my gel refill done and the lady told me that it was 48$ cool no problem, I then get in thr chair to get to get my pedicure and the lady asked my was I paying with cash I stated no I was using my card because I wasn't aware that they didn't have a card machine there because there are no posted signs, she tells me that she then tells me they don't accept cards bit the take cashapp or Vento and it's and additional $10fee which is outrageous, I ask how much is the atm fee she stated $1.75 ok cool no problem once my pedicure was done she told me 118$ was my total because they included tax, how she calculated that is crazy, I then told her I had a $40 gift certificate and she tells me it's really $35 value not $40 because whoever bought it for me didn't pay tax. I have never heard of such nonsense at a nail establishment, This place is trying to get extra money claiming taxes, however all these employees are considered individual contractors so who exactly is getting the tax fee that there claiming surely not the government I will never go back here

Went to get my nails done for an important event coming this wknd. Left the salon in tears! These nails are TERRIBLE. The shape is fat and not attractive. No matter what I pointed out they said I’ll fix it. And never did. The paint job is uneven and bubbly. The lengths are different. And they weren’t cheap. I was charged 101 dollars ! Not to mention the pedicure I got, 4 toes, the polish came off. SAME DAY ! Looking at the pedicure the paint is uneven and the gel tip coat was so all over my skin. No wonder the polish came right off. I want a refund. This was terrible. I was there for over 2 hour. Now I have to waste time on another day to fix it. I’m going to go back there so I can show them. But for them to fix ?? Fix what ? They already did a terrible job on both. I don’t have time to waste before this event.
SKIP THIS PLACE. Save your time and money.

Not the most sanitary, the lady did not sanitize any of the tools and did not spray or wipe down the small sink where you put your feet during the pedicure. She used the same towel she used on me to dry it.

Horrible. They up charge you. Got a refill and asked how much it would be, David told me $56. I didn’t even get a design or a full set, just a clear coat. I let the new eyebrow lady do my brows twice. The first time, she made them too thin, the second time she waxed the front part of one way too far back. Every single time I go in there for nails I get cut. Not joking. The first time David did it and I yanked my hand back due to the pain. He cut me with the tool that’s used to shave down the acrylic and laughed about it to himself after. I looked up and apologized even though he CUT me. The second time one of the ladies whom name I don’t know, was using the nail file and looked away while filing super hard, she ended up cutting the side of my pointer finger. I was bleeding a lot and it stung for days. I could’ve got an infection like that’s so dirty. Last, I went to get another refill and was cut yet again by one of the tools used for refills. It’s every single time and if I’m going to pay you guys more than half of $100 then can I get service with out blood and pain please ???? Also they talk about customers in their language. Doesn’t matter who you are, if you get the feeling that you’re being talked about, trust and believe that you are. This place is going downhill and fast.Services: Acrylic nails

I got my eyebrows tattoo in March. August they were already fading. I confronted Tammy to let her know that I was not happy, Tammy argued with me and told me they’re supposed to fade within 5 months. Finding out later on she never had a license to do tattooing eyebrows and lied to the health department that she never did my eyebrows. I'll never go back there again. Half of her employees are not here legally.

I love my eyebrows. I was recommended to return here for my eyebrows. Tracey's station was nice, neat, and clean. Most of all, she revived my eyebrows. I haven't had a successful arch in such a long time. I will be returning, it just saves me a complete trip up the road to Milford.

I went to this salon since I was in the area. I was seated quickly, with no wait. Nails came out nice, price was affordable.
