I used to come here all the time in the past to get my nails done, and never had any issues. I haven’t been here in a while, and am disappointed on how different the service was. The place wasn’t clean, and it was really disorganized. It needed up taking me an hour and 15 minutes from start to finish, and I just got my toes done. At one point, my original nail tech just got up and left to do someone else without saying anything. I waited in the chair for 15 minutes until another tech came and started painted my nails.

I made an appointment today for noon to get a pedicure; when I went there, two employees were already serving two other customers; they were talking and laughing, so I sat down, waited for 25 minutes, and left. When I walked in and said good morning, no one asked me what I was there for or how they could help me; no one said anything to me, and no one acknowledged me. That was not the first time I brought my business there, but that was the last time they would see me or my family and friends. Poor customer service.

I called and scheduled an appointment for 9:15, since they allegedly open at 9am (according to Google and the person that answered the phone). Made an appointment, and when I got there at 9:15 for my appointment they were CLOSED.

I want to thank the woman who worked hard on my nails, I was having a bad day and it had been a while since I had nails, she did an amazing job and I’m so sorry they were so long! Lol

It was good, nails came out great!! I arrived at my appointment time for a full set and was there for almost 3 hours. The staff were not too friendly, I tried to have small talk and it was awkward. The nails came out great and it was clean so I give it a 4. Maybe next time it will be faster. I will update on my next visit.

Called ahead to come in for my nails at 1pm, it took about a half hour with traffic. Got all the way there and when I mentioned acrylics the lady told me to come back tomorrow or another time. But they have acrylics on their list of services?? I went somewhere else.

I'm bummed about this one, but 2 huge issues. The first is just the quality. I always get gel nails, I got my nails done here 3 days ago. I have NEVER seen bubbles under my gel. Almost like air is between the gel and my nail and it is just peeling off after three days? I also got a gift card for someone. They told me it was 65 for gel mani pedi. When we left it magically became 85 for a mani pedi. I probably should have said something but I just wanted to leave. Safe to say I won't be coming back. Confirm prices before they even start and make sure your gel is done correctly.

First time going to this nail salon. I love it they speak Spanish just like I do. ROSA is my go to nail person from now on. She did an AWESOME job. I’m so glad I found this nail place. And the inside of the establishment is very nice. Warm welcoming and comfy. I will most definitely be back a second time.
